I think as common people we are really scared of reporting things to Police fearing backlash from Stalkers family or trouble from Police however we should realize that we have to get out of this jinx and ensure that such things stop.
Alternatively what you can do is approach a women help association. They can fix it right for you.
For all those losers who do not have the courage to help someone. I do not have any words for you. Very soon there is a community which is going to be formed to help women tackle such issues. I hope it happens soon.
