The expert here says that "Property prices will not correct in Pune". I work in Pune and doing some analysis from past 1 year and found that Pune have more investor properties than any other city in India. Most of the flats are vacant and the availibility is so much that no construction is needed for next 20 years. This was done on assumption that Pune will become IT hub but due to recession and new policies adapted by Obama, this looks impossible. Real estate is on the verge of crashing (not correcting) in the city. Many builders from Mumbai, who started new projects in Pune, are now repenting and selling property at very cheap rates. Only thing is the advt does not mention about correction but when you sit for negotiation one can even get 40 - 50% cheap....so bargain hard and if you can wait, you may save 30 - 50 %
I want to buy a plot in noida which should not cost more than Rs 30000/sqm. Could you please suggest any good developed sector according to availability
same like the news channels' gimmicks to increase the TRPs, rediff is also doing non-sense things (under pretext of "helping") to increase "hits"!!. where can I meet this Tushar in person?
