This happens in all species and not just in humans...the males tend to lead a risky life, seeking conflict and thus on an average, tend to have shorter lifespans....
Male tigers get into horrible fights with other male tigers and invariably get killed.....Neighbourhood tomcats perch on ledges and fight with other tommies...female cats tend to play it safe to take care of their kittens and generally live longer....that is nature for you!!
Now, priests of all religions must accept this fact. Let women mingle with freedom and enjoy every rights. Let them not confined to household work and just keep them as homemaker and exploit them in the name of duties prescribed to them for whole life.
Hhhahahaa! Rediff when u will grow up? You are still in kindergarten!!!! Hahahahahaha Initially I thought that overall men are weaker sex compared to women. But it is not like that. Infact they should hv mentioned Men are weaker sex while birth or Men are more/easily allergic to infections compared to female in most of the cases. Unless someone is not going to read entire article, one cannot conclude anything, and Rediff has confused everyone. I pity on u Rediff. I hope some morons will not start fighting over here who is strong as men and women are equal morphs of GOD and both of them are equal in all aspects.

Which males this artical talking about? The person has tested males from Israel.. Histroy shows every time the Jews were treated always the weaker... these people were not able to stand for each-other and always tried to play mischief..with others... so there generations to come will remain weaker always....

Celena, Male's in Israel may be weaker than females, Not here in India.... Want to try^& see how strong & erect a guy can be at times ;-) ...

This is not a surprising finding of the study. This has been known facts through the experiences. Also nature has already adopted the noble idea of producing more baby boy than the baby girl just to make a balance in the female/male sex ratio. Its finding should not have been taken with such surprise and it should not have been given so much credit because it tells nothing new.
