Often the owners, employers suggest "hardwork" to thier employees and pay peanuts in return! ultimately the benefits of "hardwork" is reaped only by those unscruplous employers

Thats because they have performed that hardwork themselves. You or me leave the office and go home with nothing else to worry about office.
But not the case with the employers. All their thinking is devoted to the organization they run(Atleast 90% of them)

Mr Madhu shetty ,

You seems to be a 5 Crore turnover company's owner. As mentioned by "Truth" it is the employers all over , who are taking undue advantage of poor people/employees. If all employers are taking too much of advantage of poor people - where will the poor people go and try for better employment.

Ms.Radha ganesan,

You seem to brand all employers as blood sucking parasites. A la communist.

Bottomline is, employers create jobs and they are privy to lot of information that a typical employee is not. You need to look at your bottomline all the time to make ends meet, that's what drives the business, not some rosy ideals.

You are forgetting one fact. A employer is not employing you alone. He or she is employing 100's of others like you.
Put yourself in employers shoes.
You start a company with say 5 people and you are earning profit of say 1 crs. Will you distribute all the profits to the 5 people excluding you?
If you do that how will you grow your organization to employ say 10 more people?
Now say all 5 of you own the company or say all 6 of you or say if you have 10 employess all 11 you own the company and distribute profits. Now say you come up with an Idea that would increase the profits 10 fold, wouldnt you as a sane human being try to get a larger share of the pie because it was your idea?So you see even communism finally leads to capitalism.

But when all the hard work with no smarts, leads to gutters and filth, what use is that work? That hard work only opened door for disease and abuse, isn't it? Everybody asks, its not how much you put in but what actually was digested that really matters?? Just asking.
