If money is there , every other thing can be compensated. But if you don't have money , nothing can be compensated. As you rightly said , it is one in million case.

Dont give me this shyttt... In 2days world, hard work can buy u a shanty not a palace... For that u need manipulative brain to make use of the situation that arises...

Your article very positively framed. In these times when news papers and TV channels are screaming with "achievements" of movie stars and politicians'kids it is heartwarming to see Rediff doing something different. Many of us would like to see such stories much often and be inspired to do better in life.
Thank You Rediff.

Hardwork!!!
by Ramdas Nayak on Dec 11, 2009 10:11 AM  | Hide replies

This is shit of an article. There won't be any reward for hard work now a days. May be one out of one lakh may get reward by luck. A rikshaw puller will die with no penny in his account in spite of hard work.Even lakhs of labourers and workers in India work hard throuh out their life time but they only see people like Ambanis, Tatas, Birlas, Reddys make money out of their hardwork. Yes their ancestors have done hardwork but now they reap what their forefathers sow. Today the best way for getting fantastic reward is to become a cricketer, bollywood star, a mine owner, a politician or kin of an industrialist. The money automatically flows in without hardwork.

Why do you have to speak always negative. Along with hard work your attitude plays a big role to shape up your career. Problem is everywhere and it will remain but try to appreciate if someone does something good.

Money flows in but it flows out also my friend if you dont do any hardwork.
Only hardwork (Even working Smart).
You can only manipulate things to an extent(Even that is hardwork)

Besides Ambani or Birla or Tata did not ask the Rickshaw Puller to think about his everyday life and not come up in life.
They did not ask a Rickshaw puller on the road to spend all his money drinking when he is upto his neck in debt.

The rickshaw puller may die poor but never forget that God is watching our pains and sorrows continuously. He balances out things in the long run. In financial parlance, the balance sheet is tallied in the end.

Most probably, the 'hard working' rickshaw-puller’s children will never live or die pulling a rickshaw. They might be earning at least 5 times that their father earned and living respectable lives.

Dear Ram, after giving a list of profession, you have mentioned that there is a reward in these profession. My personal view is one must have determination, work towards the goal, push by somebody, individual luck and after attaining the position, an intelligent hard work to stand before the rest in the position where he/she is.
