It seems Shri Sudipta Kiran chose a special pro UP-bihari international airline which gave special facilities of allowing the "hindi" speaking passengers to carry heavy luggage with themselves and not with the cargo , i mean they their are weight limits beyond which the luggage is shifted to the cargo section. Well being hindi speaking guy that i am i hope that i wud soon disocver the pro UP-bihari airline soon just as the truth speaking Shri Sudipta Kiran did so that next time i dont have to wait for my luggage after getting off the plane.
Travel Agents in India should circulate Airline Etiquette Booklets helping people travelling to understand inconvenience caused to others while Onboard or at the Airport. Lets all improve !!!

dude this is not only hurtful, but sad that a fellow countryman says this...I respect all regions, despite their association with regions...true northies have some problems, but so do all the other regions...the list is not as short as Northies...but as a true Indian, I look at gaining positivies from all rather than focus on negatives and praise myself for being good in that part...

These people are definitely nuisances! Whatever one says, there are so many Indians who do not know the basic manners of behaving while travelling by flights, trains, etc. Esp. among the Indians, the tendency to jump onto their seat or jump in and put their luggage wherever possible, bringing in loads of luggage that fills every spot, is so common. And we are called "elites who cant understand the common man's problems".
Mr Sudipta Kiran Sarkar, i thought rediff did a lifetime favour to you to post your story out here. I have never come across as ugly and acrimonious Indian as you. Just because you have the luxury and money to fly out of India, have made you maniac. I am sure a liar pretentious person like you would have never visited any of the cities in Bihar or UP, or even would have been long enough to understand the lifeline of North India or say India. Shameful is that... you dont know the state of your own city or state at all as well... you are a blot of our country and don't mind we do not want the shiit like you to ever visit our country... I know these words would not make any impact on you, as you would be a rich NRI and for sure you dont have any job building thhis country, what you can do best is criticise your motherland... use foul language... and post such heinous messaages online. Just do a favour, dont ever call yourself an Indian.. and one more thing.. you need to know Kolkata, West Bengal.. Singur... Nandigram.. ;lalgarh etc etc better... If you do not have courage to visit this places.. come visit North India , Bihar, UP, Mr NRI...

Well said Piyush,As soon as I read this post I thought of commneting on it. But going through your comment I realized that it would not have been better then this. Having said that I agree that there is some air etiquette issue on that people sud take care. But the way Sudipta has describe his experience is no more then shit.

Well Said Piyush... If you really ask Sudipt, he will say that the whole world comprises of animals other than Bengalis... He belongs to Kolkata (World's largest Dumpster to say the leats) and he has the balls to call other people Uncivilised...!

btw which air line was this, because looks like they were so generous for the cabin baggage that it could fill the floor of the bus. because i always traveled with airline having restriction on the number, weight and size
