yeah certainly i agree that male bosses are much better ..they have more compassion compared to females for their sub-ordinated.women also have a pang of jealousy that does not allow them to appreciate thier sub-ordiantes

Females are not-so-predictable, yet easier to flirt with. I will get a salary raise way easier with a woman boss than with a male.
Yet, males are more serious and down-to-earth. Calculated. Technical. Now, if I worked in a high-risk environment, I'd prefer a male boss

Also, there is an undercurrent of jealousy between women bcos of which women cant stand superior women !

Agreed...its Vice-Versa..
Female bosses always treat Males with some repsect even in difficult curcumstances but if its Male Boss then they throw a biryani with loud voice with all Filthy, vulgar verbs, nouns,adjectives etc ...

I know once at this company my Boss got a knife and warned me that he would chop my Balls off if next time I repeated the Mistake again....
As far as women bosses are concerned, they are very considerative, generous, humane and helping in nature as compared to male bosses. I would as such prefer to work under women bosses. Moreover they will not try to take s....l advances from male subordinates, but male bosses are selfish and try to take exploite their female subordinates.
