Female employees (also bosses, also some male) cannot distinguish between professional and personal things. They take every thing personal. They go sentimental, emotional. In fact, they spoil work culture. I saw this many times. However, as usual some exceptions will be there. Not all the female does like this.
Because of this, they cannot really enjoy professional career or personal life same time.

yes most of the female bosses I worked for were cranky and emotional. frankly most women are unsuitable for leadership role.
Being a women professional and too quite an accomplished one, unfortunately had to cope with Women boss who was boss's wife. This was her only qualification. What a time of my life I had explaining her the basics and being questioned on most mundane things. The decision making rested on her and what a great decision maker she was. The task of monthly magazine's editor became four times more complex with boss's wife for editor -on-top. top of it she suffered from big inferiority complex and put a farse superiority complex. This worsened the situation. Could not cope for long and suffered and eventually moved on . On the other hand, had very dynamic women bosses who left great impression on my mind. So depends on person to person, women to women. It was sort of mixed bag of experiences. So my next career decision rests on the fact that whether boss is man or a woman. I was fortunate to have a man for a boss that to a very good man. So the choice worked! I was luckky.

After all women can take things lying down!! If they can't perform efficiently in office they can always work OVERTIME!!
male bosses are ONLY good for female colleagues in Indian Companies....Indian Comps has to learn work ethics and maintian good work culture and neutral treatment to men and women.
