Hi,
I am working for a US Based company in India. I want to apply for H1B visa on my own. I dont have any Job request from US neither my current organization is not providing H1B visa.
Can I still apply for H1B visa?

Hi, if I open and register a US corporation or a US LCC, do I still need an business invitation letter for visa approval?

Hi,
I went to US on L1A and stayed there for 6 months on company work. But this L1A is valid for 3 years. Again I came back to India ,now same company again wants me to send to US. Whether I need to go to VISA office and get the approval or can I go directly US?
