Hi ..if my husband apply from two different consultant and if both of them get picked will it be a problem during visa interview .......and one more thing is can he travel to US on business visa while he has applied for h1 ....and last year he stayed for 5 months in US ...if he go now on business visa will it be a problem...

I am currently working in US for last 3 months. I had got 1 year visa but had asked for 3 years so consultant had re petitioned for extension. Now after I am working for 3 months they have rejected even my existing visa on some technical grounds. They are saying the work order has expired and hence visa is rejected. What should I do now? Consultant told me that they will get a fresh workorder and then give a fresh petition which once gets through I will have to go to Mexico and get a fresh visa stamped. Does this makes sense. Can you please let me know?
