Very well written steps for e-filing IT return. However, I am not able to cross the first river, to register NEW USER. pl.send a boat and advise.

my residence in bihar but now i working in gujrat in bussinace engaged civil construction then in such case where my ITR to be filled either in bihar or in gujrat.

I have filed my returns for 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, but I havent recieved the returns due to me so far. WIll it make sense to file returns for these three assesment years online to expedite the process? Kindly explain
