Relax guys!! these bodyshoppers are a disgrace to our nation. these comp increase/create fake exp to get higher billing rates with their us/europe clients. and u know what, all of IT ppl pay 30% as income tax, and most of the those "REPUTED" cos like tcs/infy/reliance pay only 10% to 15% as tax using loopholes in our tax laws. this is the reason why there is huge rich/poor divide.
Wake up all of you, being a wager in IT comp is most filthy job... better to manufacture some retail goods and sell that as farm produce to evade tax...
I have same question to employer as well...Does someone do their background that how strong they are in market..Their Sr. Mgmt talks about pipeline projects but are those are really come on the way or fake info only :). Most of the Sr. Mgmt..are egoistic and they are self centered and go up in ladder by apple polishing....And who don't do they are forced to leave.. One thing I cant understand that how come same employee sometime get best employee awards and next year get fired... If employee want to leave early their is no provision but if employer want not to see employee the next day then they been told good bye with one cheque :)

yah...becaz in Hyd they are teaching SAP in very cheap cost and with attractive offers also like if u join one course another course is free!!! Also all the software companies are asking min 3 Yrs of exp in SAP, so they are just leaving the current job and doing the course and showing their previous exp in SAP and joining the company and giving torture to the other team members...

Yes many People from Andhra Pradesh fake resumes. Even to go to US they are faking certificates. This becomes a problem for genuine candidates.

I thought I only know this fact :)...I've seen many from AP are just forced to join IT due to whatever reason..even though they are not skilled in this area...

this is entirely TRUE, my team mates are from AP, all hyd... but cant differentiate between C and C code, there only reason of survival is google.

AP guys are unfit for IT jobs. In my project who ever don't work & try to evade from issues are from AP only.

I do agree. The AP medical education is also in shambles. The guys from AP region are worse then students from Erstwhile Russian medical colleges. previously I used to think that worst are Russian medicos but after looking AP medicos I found that i was wrong. Most useless are AP medicos.

Most of the people from AP consider themselves experts though they know VERY little about the subject.. Worst of all, they consider all others as fools :).. And even more worser, AP PMs will always prefer APs to become TLs/PLs. And those AP TLs/PLs would always prefer people from AP only...
