hi doctor am a m.tech student. am suffering with piles from my b.tech onwards due to irregular diet.i think that am at 3rd stage of piles & how i can permanently control the piles.

hey, 2 overcome piles, eat radish,guava with seeds, cucumber(kheera)n such other fibrous food. Also try walking on grassy lands or sand in d morning hrs without wearing a footwear. these steps soften ur stools n radish prevents piles
