SIR I AM ROHAN FROM INDIA. I GOT REJECTED TWICE FOR A M1 VISA. I WANTED TO KNOW HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REAPPLY FOR THE SAME VISA TYPE? AND IS THERE ANY RULE THAT A PERSON DENIED VISA TWICE CANNOT REAPPLY FOR AN M1 VISA FOR AN ATLEAST AN YEAR?
