I am in United States on F-1 Visa, Now during my study, my and my friends passport was stolen from my car. I have got the police report and applied for new passport. I have got my passport within 10 days. And also I have got my I-94 from USCIS. Now if i want to go India , I have to go for Re-stamp. Now in December , I want to go to attend my sister's Wedding. But I am worried about that , If I will go to India, I have to Re-stamp , and I am worried that, they will reject me or they will give my visa. My Visa is for 5 years. It is not Expired. Still my visa is continue till 2012. But I am really worried. And having My Study and also having tension of Re-stamp. My Status is good and I am full time Student. I have my Valid -I-20. Can you tell me? What kind of Question they will ask on my Interview?

Hi Sir, I am trying to get the visa appointment at VFS websit since last one two months but there are no dates available. I had even gone to embassy for this purpose but they said that these dates are avilable on their VFS website. As I know that US embassy gives only one month advance date to visa appointments. So my questiopn to you is that at what time, new date is added in the system of visa appointments. So that could login at that time to get the visa intervew date for my mother.

As a south Indian, we dont have surnames and therefore my passport has my first name and husband's name on the given name column.
