Hi, My mother has a 10 year multiple entry visa and she is in the US now. She will be leaving in a week that is july 2nd week and plans to return dec end or jan beg.if she extends her stay by 2 more weeks here(within the stamping period) will she be able to return in dec end/jan and get enough stamping again.
Currently I am on H4 visa(residing in US, h4 extension but not stamped). I got my H1b approval. So can I go for H4 visa stamping in canada and go to India. After returning from India, can I start working with my H1 approval letter. Pls let me know
