hello, if i do Associates in RHIT(Registered health information technician)Am i eligible to apply for H1 b. currently i'm on H4 studying this course in the U.S.And I appreciate if you can give me some information related to Allied health programs in U.S.that are eligible to get H1b visa.
I am having L1 visa of my current company which is active till 2008.A few days back, I also got the H1 visa from the sponsored company in USA.However, US consulate in mubai didnot explicitly cancel my existing visa of L1.So right now on my passport bot the visas are there.I am wondering like is this a mistake or I still have choice to go to visit to USA on any visa.
Also if I don not want to join the H1 sponsored company, and want to go to USA from my current company on L1 then could I cancel the H1 visa and make the L1 visa to be active.

1)How do i apply for H1-visa. 2)How do i attend my usa visa interview, since im a Indian should i go back to India to attend the visa interview or can i attend from Abu Dhabi itself?

if a b1 is issued to me while i am in a company and i leave the company without travelling on it, does the company need to inform consulate with original passport? Does the visa get cancelled ? what if my new company wants me to travel on that visa?
I got my 2 years L1-B visa bonding with company A in November last year.Then I still stay in my home country.I resigned my job in company A on December last year.
