jus' use a tab 'resistron' 3days b4 dey r 2 start...& keep on taking d pills till d date u wanna delay...but keep in mind! dun 4 get dat u've 2 take it every once a 24hr., i.e., once daily.
resistron is totally safe with no side-effects like those of contraceptive pills 4 full 28days!i've used it twice & suggested 2 many frnds...all satisfied & trust it. My elder 'AFMC DOCTOR' sis' recommended me 2 use dis tab ,wen 'twas her own marriage & me!totally tensed by fear of being down...

I have a 6 yr old son and for the last 2 yrs i've been on hormonal injectible contraceptive, which i take every 3 months, which i feel is very convenient. But i've heard that this leads to bone loss and even i miss my periods for 2-3 months in a row..is this injection safe, would like to know.

side effects i experienced...
by Sona on Jul 17, 2006 05:26 PM

Presently i am staying in Singapore and here many contraceptive pills with much lower content of harmones are available.Doctors say they are third generation pills and what i used in India was second generation.I can tell u guys there is so much difference in side -effects.The one i used in india really gave me a very tough time.all the time i used to feel like vomiting, headache ,nausea n i started putting weight also. But when i swtiched to the one available here all this was gone.I will suggest to other females who are reading this to check with there doctors if third generation pills are available in india now and if yes go for it.

I've had to take modus 10mg...twice to delay my periods...cuz of similar reasons as mentioned in the article...like while travelling..or attending marriage...

Dint think much about the consequences of the tabs..but have noticed that the bleeding level is very less after i stop the tab.
