I am a Malaysian citizen aged 28 years old. I have an LLB Law degree from the University of London. My fiancee is currently working and living in the US under H1 visa. I plan to go and stay there with him and work there permanently. Since I am a Malaysian citizen would if be very difficult to do so? How do I go about doing this ? If I cannot practice Law there, how can I make use of my degree? Kindly advice.

Regarding my MCA Certificates, we will be having Mark sheets for each year and Provisional certificate and convocation certification for Proof of the Qualifiation. I have list my Convaction org , holding only the photo copy. I also lot my 1 year mark sheet out of 3 org , which I holding xerox copy of the lost. I have applied for the same and it may take a 30-45 days to get the orginal. Please tell me are there any chances of rejecting the visa interview due to lack of the original cert's. Please note that I hold the provisional org, but not the convacation with me now.
Dear Sir. I am a student of 19 years of age ,computer science engineering. After the btech course,is it ADVISABLE for me to go do an MBA there in the US? OR DO IT HERE, and then try to use that degree there?Besides, what would be the initial cost acquired if i would have to go on a visiting visa?
I am a student in NY. The decision whether you want an MBA from an American college is yours. It is a lengthy and fairly expensive procedure - appearing for GMAT, TOEFL, applications to colleges, visa besides the cost of education. Keep in mind the costs and esitmate your budget.
If you go on a visit visa, there are no expenses except the travel and cost of the visa itself. But a visit visa allows for an education of a few weeks only. For an MBA, you must be accepted by a college, get an I20 (letter of acceptance) from them and apply for a student visa either while in the US or at home.
