Sir I am currently on L1B visa and its my second year in US running. I would like to know the procedure that i should do next to achieve a green card. Will applying for a L1A visa benefit me in any way? I would also like to know the procedure involved in bringing my wife to US on L2 visa... Thanks
Sir, My company had sent me for a training in U.S in B1 visa in october 2006. It was put on hold for nearly two months for administrative procesing and finally got cleared. I came back at the end of december and my company again filed L1-A blanket petition for me to work in the US for the next 2 yrs. I took the interview on 04 of jan 2007 and again it was put on hold for administrative procesing and it is not yet cleared. My company is a renowned company in the US and it has various facilities across the globe. My documents were all perfect. what is the exact problem behind this.
HI i have a masters from usa. i worked for 5 months for compnay A in usa duing my OPT. Then i had to come back to india. I the mean while my h-1 through company A got approved but the chennai embassy rejected my visa (on oct05)stating i had a MAsters in Mechanical engg wheras my h-1 was filed for IT. Later i filed for another h- petiton through company B which got aproved. but this time also the embassy uy rejected my visa (Jun06) as he had doubts about the company i was working during my stay in India. but the reason for rejection he said is that i have a masters in Mechanical engg but the H-1 was filed for IT and he said he is gonna do some veificaion about my employment in India. Now i have my 3rd h-1 petition approved. this time around it is filed as mechanical engineer. Will there be any problem this time for my stamping also when is the better time to atend the interview. I am curently working for IBM. will this have any positive effects. Regards Karthik
