Hi sir, 2 days back My application got denied in chennai consulate on 221(g) saying that they need letter from U.S. Employer's client intent letter for Hiring my services.
What should I do now?
will I get visa after I submit that required documentation which I recieve soon from U.S?

Hi, Currently I am on an L1-B visa. My Visa expires on May 2006 and my I-94 is valid till May 2008. I plan to apply for H1-B (through another company) in April 2006. If my H1 gets approved, can I join the company before October 2006? Thanks
I already have H1B visa & working in US, If I get B1 visa stamping thn my current H1B visa will b rejected by INS or I can have both visas to travel to USA ? please let me know.
Hi Dr.Arun, My student visa was rejected twice in 2001' in 2003 i went to Denmark for further studies. recently i got H1 papers and attended US consulate in Denmark, but they were rediverted me to attend in India(home country). I would like to know what type of form's i need to fill and to take slot to attend the interview immediately.I would like to know what are my chances of getting US H1b visa considering my prev visa denial (even though student visa).
