PM is under scanner, every public eye is on him. He cannot cheat public and favour any dynasty or family or any allaince partner! He must think of appointing efficient ministers and not based on alliance, caste, regional, sympathy. Baalu was rightly denied berth in cabinet. Many inefficient ministers from previous ministries must be kicked out! Since Manmohan has lots of support...he must be decisive! If he dowsn't do well, in the next 2 years his opportunitic alliance partners will pull the rug under their feet! PM cannot be weak any more, he too just work hard to retain his seat! One way it is good as public will be able to get good governance. Thats the bottom line of a real democracy.
Mhada should be put in absolute charge of handing over ministries to aspirants by way of lottery which it has conducted recently with so called total transparency. This way Mhada will fix up the ministries as per Congress Party wishes and will have a show lottery and allot ministries to whomsoever Sonia and Rahul baba and Manmohan Singh wants to allot.
