SATYAJEE Ithink one italian must have fqed him through @ssole without paying,otherwise rkd will not be shouting against GANDHI SONIA SINCE LONG.
Dr. Singh should extend his hand to Mr L.K. Advani and offer his Deputy P.M. position. If this happens that will be better for ruling and opposition too and there will be not much infighting in Parliment etc. and better for National development and prosparity and peace.
congress party could have sought unconditional support from all & offered one minister post for every 10 MPS (take or leave it) to each supporting parties. As expected DMK & TMC started bargaining. DMK could have more concerened about srilankan tamil issues than ministerial posts for Karunanidhi family.it is very selfish display.
It would be nice to see a situation where MMS and SG refuse the demands of Karunanidhi ... particularly those relating to his son and daughter. Would it lead to Karunanidhi withdrawing support to UPA? Will he have the courage to do that? If at all any thing has to be given away, proportionate distribution (in relation to MPs position ... Congress the max, etc) could be evaluated. Cannot imagine that DMK will want 9 ministries with just 18 MPs.

Yeah thts the only solution. These regional parties play foul politics keeping away national interests and priorities. Equal and proportional and Regional representation should be the key. Just because you have few seats it doesnt mean all shud be made ministers. Old man KAruna Nidhi wanted all his family members to be made ministers. Cant he induct all of them in his own government in TN? He is too cheap ya.

Its disgusting to see Karunanidhi begging for plum posts for his family. These things take the charm out of Indian politics. Dr.Singh must stand firm. Karunanidhi is nothing but nuisance value, and why people of Tamilnadu constantly vote him to power is a mystery.Why don't the Congress dump him like they dumped Lalu ? Is it just because of 18 seats that the DMK has won ? Isn't Karunanidhi ashamed of himself ? As it is he is in a wheel chair, and is still hanging on to his CM's chair. Its time useless and notorious people like him were shown the door.We don't need them. Kick them out if they are unwilling.

oh only now karuna is looking like a old man? both the national parties led their government and cmpleted their 5 yrs with the support from this old man only. we tamil people voting him because few yrs back bjp made to BEG like any thing to ms.jayalalitha te ge the letter of support,and she scolded mr. advani by saying he is having selective amnesia . this time we wanted to save bjp and other parties in 3rd and 4th front from her. we tamil people know wat we have to do. most of the times our verdict will be in line with natioal verdict.we lead a very comfortable and happy life in tamil nadu.
