Former President again proved to be an outspoken man and shown his statesmanship. Although there is an all round development particularly through the 100 guaranteed food, the Govt. should find ways and means how to measure the population in the below poverty line category, how to enlist the population for passing on the benefits aimed for the needy, how to identify a homeless person and how to provide him with a roof and curb the malpractices in obtaining number of houses by a single person or family under the provision of home to homeless. Without minding for the expenditure all the un-manned level crossings should be converted as manned. For this purpose even if privatization is necessary it should be thought of. To save railway property and ensure safe travel, each sleeper coach should be manned by a TTE/Conductor as used to be available in 1970s. More number of coaches capable of accommodating more passengers in Chair car should be provided. Infrastructure development like schools, roads and electricity to each and every village should be thought of. Adopting a girl child irrespective of the social status should be undertaken by taking out an insurance cover on finding the birth of a girl child and provide education free of cost upto any level. These are the developmental works a Govt. for the people should think of.

so ironical that after congress's victory & bjp's defeat everyone is saying that congress stands for development only and bjp stands only for divisive politics. request you all to go through published figures of GOI for bjp ruled states particularly gujarat to realise that the pace of development gujarat has seen in the last few years is unprecedented. any person with first hand experience of gujarat will corroborate this. and do you think that gujarat with its sizeable minority population can actually acheive that if its growth is not 'inclusive'? hence i think bjp stands for more inclusive growth and development compered to congress as per statistical facts

I have also friends working Goverment audit department.Every one has benami Bunglows in two tier/three tier cities.Every one know the type of people who are working CAG/AGs department.
