Mayawati is right in her game plan to unite Upper castes and Harijans and make them the Vote-bank. I think the BJP should do this in every other state and also to ally with BSP hereafter. The so-called backward class should be ignored since they would always vote either for Hooligan-Italian-Sonia-congress or local regional party. They are not patriotic to think the issues nationally.
She is misled from the day she became Chief Minister for dealing with innocents as criminals. It is her policy to put all minor offence cases / hapless travellers without ticket to jail. Fill the jails against the directive of SC is her motto. The govt. advocates oppose bails in almost every case except those who fill the coffers of the State. There is a police - advocates and magisterates / judges nexus. All need money and what better way to get rich quick can be than legalised goondaism. Corruption is at the peak in the state. Unless she reverses her policy of criminalising innocents, she will be no where. A ruler must rule with compassion and welfare of masses in mind. If she thinks she is not involved in such a scenario, she should open her eyes and ears and see how many innocents are languishing in jails. If she does not realise this even now, the day is not far when she will also be an accursed creature in jail herself. Behenji should love the people rather than scorn them. Justice should not only seem but should be done in reality. She should not forget her own past. If God gives, the almighty knows how and when to take it back. India, if goes her way, at least 50% people will be in jails. Sorry mam but this is what the people of UP think.

That will require hard work.Not every one is destined for that except the dynasty.
What else can you expect from an illiterate woman who pronounces - Uttar Pradesh as Uttar Pardes Pragati as Pargati Abhivridhi as Abivurdi
She is an useless dumbo who got to occupy that Chair purely because of poll arithmetic and not by her virtue. She is a liability on UP and if she is not tamed well in timw, fate of UP will be like that of Bihar under Laloo- 'Robbery Devi' duo. People of UP should wake up and go for either of the two mainstream National Parties in the next assembly election.

I find her only marginally better than Rabri. What democracy India ? People get what they deserve !
Most of the BSP's traditional voters voted for BSP candidates without keeping in mind that he/she was from upper or lower caste but upper castes and dominant backward castes rarely voted for BSP candidates if he/she was not from upper castes or dominant backward castes. That is why BSP's performance was differ from assembly elections.
Pradhan is wrong Mayawati does not trust anybody. The satement of Pradhan ""All the Dalits of the country are behind Mayawati, who is their undisputed leader. I have successfully mobilised Brahmins across India to support the BSP," One can drive Brahmins only when he or she is honest,intelligent and faithfull to his or her work for good governance, Brahmin will not favour to currept, dishonest and an oppotunist person. mayawati got the full majority but she has duped to the society. She is not doing good job in UP only making statues of herself and others , rather than this she would have provided water , toilet facility in villages she would have got victory in this time in LS. But ultimetly everyone knows if you give power to Low cast what happens this is the result. She could not lift the society and standard of poors in UP.

I strongly object to your words "low caste". There is no such thing as "low" or "high" caste It is only in the mind of the person. Just because someone is born in a brahmin family, he does not automatically become "high" caste. There is nothing to suggest that castes are categorized as "high" or "low" in Hinduism. It is only the people who have misunderstood and misused the noble concept to suit their ends.
