I'm quite happy that likes of Paswan and Lalu wont be in the ministry, but regret that Mamta/Karunanidhi and Sharad Pawar will still be around. Congress should give chance to youngsters and try to develop new set of P Chimdambaram/Pranab Mukherjee/Kapil Sibal etc.Hope Caste and region based parties and politics perish for good!
Congress is trying to move forward without any CMP. If there is no guide lines for governance every minister will try to work in his /her own ways. Congress will have to stand as a helpless onlooker. Nothing wrong if railways is given to Mamata. Not yet confirmed about the Finance Minister. Pranab's name may be removed from the Finance Ministry any time.

Was thinking why people in this forum are so angry! They should all feel hapy that now at last we have got a stable government which will last for 5 years and do lots of reforms and take India to greater heights. Also true is that Trinamool Congress got 19 seats, second largest in UPA and nobody can deny them and their leader Mamata some good cabinet berth. And here lies the problem. We are not sure about her - thinking about her past. But just think that what many of us would have thought in 2004 when Laloo with his scamstar reputation was made the Railway minister. It may happen for Mamata too...nobdoy knows. Also government departmens are run by very able and efficient bureaucrats and IAS officers and they are the best brains in India. So have faith in them and they will take Railways forward as Sudhir Kumar has done before. We can only hope that minsiters do not play spoil sport..and this time lets hope they never will. Lets boost the confidence of the nation by thinking positive !! have a great day .

These Northies spread allover the world and foreign countries, against Bengalees, that, they don't work,they are lazy, try to skip from hard work, like that. I have seen in many places, where Bengalees were doing well, however, when some Punjabis or Biharis entered into those job skills, they poisoned to those employers against Bengalees and impelled them to be out. Even they closed many public sector mills and factories where Bengalees were doing well. All these politics are played from central by their ministers and bureaucrates.

Cool man! Even you know that both you and me have to go to Mumbai, and Delhi for work and Shimla and Manali for holidays. So why spread so much hatred?
In my opinion Sachin Pilot or Scindia should be amde Railway minister. This should not go to DMK or Mamta. DMK ministers are non performers except Maran. Mamta is a one of the bad politicians in India. I really pity for Bengalis...they hv to choose between Commies & Mamta.

In fact Mamata should have asked for Agriculture ministry since she is for "Ma mati manush". But in reality fate is dependent on lots of equations. Its about which farmers will get the maximum waivers and subsidies !! So Agriculture will go to somebody in Punjab or Maharashtra :) hahahahaha
Mamta donot ever think beyond bengal. her only concern is bangal and farmer of bangal. Her "chalbo na" attitude is very regressive and harmful for development. her this attitude will be very harmful for the Railways. She will stop all the privatization in railway. we have seen her arrogance in TaTa case, so we should better keep her away of every public sector. she is better suitable of ministry of labour. she will help all the labour and teach them how to stike in the company

Look at NCP chief ...he wants cabnet berths for himself and his daughter...what great fatherly feelings...great family :(...Politics is becoming like family business and Bollywood when we have sons and daughters coming in !!!

Look at DMK chief...he cannot think beyond making his two sons and daughter as cabinet ministers...Also he did a 6 hours drama 'bhook hartaal' for Tamils in another country...do you support that?

absolutly not.....Karunanidhi is a joker of Indian politices I think a person who is progressive in thinking and thinks for the whole country rather tahn his/her state should be railway minister. I donot support Lalu either
