Left should go the USSR way totally disintegrated!!!
by Raj rai on May 20, 2009 07:27 PM

Left parties infact forgot their standing in India in 2004 as they thought that they could run India by blackmailing MMS and UPA.Alas that was not to be ,I wonder what agenda Karat and Yechuri will have now to bark about as they continued barking anti Nukes policy agreement with US.Ultimately they got what they needed long back.
Time has run out for these commies .
They must change their ways otherwise they will be hammered by their own workers as all their policies are lopsided and anti progress.

Well Mamta is like a rocket on Diwali. She just won the seat and will loose it in next election as she does not have control over her tongue and her tantrums. She is not a leader but a make shift arrangement whom Bengalis voted to get rid of Left CPI(M) leaders.
So Mamta will be only for 5 years and Congress must prepare itself to take over reins in Bengal in the near future.

Agitation
by Siddhartha Das on May 20, 2009 12:38 PM

"Our roots lie in agitating for the people" - a thinly vieled threat from the leftists to the people of bengal and kerala: be prepared for bandhs, violence and general lawlessness. The election is not enough - these scoundrels, who call themselves communists without knowing anything about communism - need to be put securely behind bars for peaceful existence of the public.

Mr. Chanchoodan expects farmers to give the land on their own ... govt. should have waited... ha ha ha... then Nano project might have started in 2025 ..
Stupid brain... there is timeline for everything.... industry cant wait... if Tatas could not have got land in India.... then they would have gone to China, Srilanka, Bangladesh or anywhere else to start the production...

Jai Ho Dadabhai,

MR. CHANCHOODAN DO NOT KNOW THE BAD MOTIVE OF CHIPIEM.

THE BAD MOTIVE IS YOU WANT TO MAKE IT CPM ZONE LIME DURGAPUR, HALDIA ETC. ALL THE SERVICE TO THE CPM PEOPLE, FLAT, SHOPPING MALL, SWIMMING POOL, BONOBITAN (FULKING LAND) WILL BE FOR THE CPM PEOPLE IN LIE OF ORIGINAL INHABITANT OF POOR FARMENT BY SNATCHING THEIR LAND AND DEMOLISHING THEIR FAMILIES.

NOW THE ORIGINAL WEST BENGAL FARMERS WILL NOT GIVE ANY MORE LAND AND FOOD.

NOW THEY HAVE STARTED TO SNATCH BACK THEIR FORCEFULLY SNATCH LAND IN THE NAME OF BARGA. FOR EXAMPLE THE MIRZAFAR SNATCH POOR FARMERS LAND IN SHANTINIKETAN AND NOT EVEN PAID THEIR LAND PRICES. NOW THEY WILL SNATCH BACK THE LAND AND OF COURST ALL WEST BENGAL.

Tata and Bengal
by propertycalcutta on May 20, 2009 10:15 AM  | Hide replies

The RSP General Secretary T J Chandrachoodan says Tata has nothing to do with Bengal elections. This proves that the left leaders also sleep during election time. The CPIM has painted bengal with posters of Nano showing Mamta ji kicking the car and despite such posters Left now says Tata was not an issue in bengal. Mr Left there is nothing right about you guys and nothing will be left of you guys by 2011.

Well said. I think Mamata should try to consolidate her position so that Left is permanently removed from Bengal by 2011. Everybody should realise that Mamata has done great service not only to Bengal but the entire country by removing the Left.

Yes rightly said Das,

Mamta should not give chance to CPM. So the Assembly should break immediately and rush for Assembly poll.

If Mamta go for poll imm. the CPM will be vanished into the earth and there will no obstruction in Development of Industry and Culvation in West Bengal.

BJP lost because it has no presence in AP, Kerala, TN & WB (arnd 150 seats in LS)& very weak in UP (arnd 75-80 seats). How can you expect them to get majority in this case.

BJP should start a channel similar to fOX channel in US which is blatantly rightist. You need a channel like that for BJP to counter these other media that is funnded by outsiders supporting congress. It will be a herculian task. But nothing comes easy in life specially when you have to take on Dynasty supported by ignorant public and sychophants.

Why BJP's Hind uism HAD backfired in Elections?
Showing Muzlims,Chris tians, Minority Communities AND Pakistan as an excuse, BJP polarized Hindus VERSUS Indians.

Post Babri, BJP did not FORESEE that propagating Hinduism will intrinsically IGNITE Casteism in India.

As per Mandal Commission, 54% Indians are BCs and 25% SC/STs.
And these Communities will eventually INSULATE themselves from BJP's Hinduism.

Hence BC/SC/ST leaders like Lalu, Mulayam, Paswan, and Mayawati, Uma etc have emerged.
Kumaraswamy, Naveen Patnaik, Nitish Kumar are also deserting BJP's Hinduism.

* There is NO Hinduism **till** 85% of all registered marriages in India are inter-caste.
* Till then the truth is there are only Castes and NO Hindus in India.

This is waht happens when you try to bark up the wrong tree. NDTV is run by Prannoy Roy and try to find his family lineage - you will find it lies in RED Bastion. In the election REDs thought BJP was the threat and so NDTV sang the song to kill BJP, but at the end the result is very different. It is shame for NDTV to be pro Communist ( though very tacitly)- fully knowing what the Indian Communists stand for. If they come in power the will first thing they will do paint NDTV to RED and send Pranoy to Siberia.

by CHINTAMANI JOSHI on May 20, 2009 09:55 AM  | Hide replies

There is only half % difference between UPA and Left. Left got 42.6% and UPA 43.1%. If Mamata calls for election now there are chances of her winning. Even after 1 year she loses the assembly, she will withdraw support to Congress. If the % vote share is opp then Left will again in WB. Mamata should call for assembly elections now.
