1. Abolition of Article 360 that gives special status to J&K - Everybody saya Jammu & Kashmir is integral part of India, if so, then why special status? Even the famed RTI (Right To Information) Act is not applicable to J&K!!! As an Indian, am i not empowered to seek infor about J&K? if it is integral part of India?
2. Uniform Civil Code - As citizens of India, irrespective of our relegion, what is wrong in having Uniform Civil Code in the national interest? like we do in schools, colleges, & offices
3. Ban Cow Slaughter -Yes, for a Hindu, Cow is very sacred, Cow is god. But apart from relegion, A Cow is also the backbone of our Rural Economy. 100s of thousands of family depend on a cow.Whatever a Cow throws out, is useful for Human being & Agriculture.
These are absolutely secular demands that were criticized only due to Votebank Politics. Now, can somebody help me understand how these demands are communal, as criticized by so called secular parties?

J&K was annexed with India on providing special status for the state, very recently Nitish was asking for a special status to Bihar for supporting any front to the government.
India is a democratic country not autocratic, the criminal law for everyone is same. where as the marriage, family deed settlements etc are based on their beleif is practiced. Many caste in H1ndu burn the dead and some bury the dead, if uniform civil code tells all has to be buried/burned will create uproars.
Non Banning of cow slaughter is also for economy the leather business/shoe exports carried by caste H1ndus/mus1ims will not be able to continue business/employ people/generate Forex. However if they agree then certainly it has to be banned.
but all these are asked because in many ways it aim to kill the identity/livelihood/culture of mus1ims i.e.where it becomes communal.

Thats what is the demand, i.e. to remove the article 370, i.e. the condition on which J&K was 'annexed' with India and make it as a normal state like other states.
One thing is strange, why all musa1maans favour article 370 ?
The reason is the basic desire of musa1maans to convert india into a is1amic republic and make a mughalistan of Hindustan..

never in my reply i favoured 370 just mentioned why 370 was given to j&k. Dont keep on spreading lies that indian will be convereted into islamic republic and so on.
I am not a traitor and you are not worth to call others as traitors when your mother organization was sitting pretty comfort in the laps of British and played no role in freedom struggle.

Chakram, dont bark anything. How many D1ck heads participated in freedom struggle ? What do you know about RSS ? Were you there when british was ruling India ? Your head is filled with the knowledge you got from Text Books at your school which were written and controlled by Congress. Did you learned anything about Bhagat Singh, Veer Savarkar, Chandrashekhar Azad, Subhash Chandra Bose who sacrificed their lives for the Nation ?

Best and only option for India is :all citizens irrespective of relegion or caste should be treated same way. Reservation etc should be given by way of financial add, and educating them for equally. As long as Muslims will go for special previleages, we will have problem. They are same like us, so avail all facility similar to us and enjoy in Country. BJP is going to provide them all such facilties without descriminating any one. But anti publicity by secularists since last 60 years, is not easy to wash and put confidence in minority. It will take some more time, not by BJP, but by misdeeds of Secularists , Communists and Congress together.

In India, all Media is controlled by Secularists and Congress,. They always make big noise if some thing is told by BJP. But they keep silient, if it is told by seperists, or Antulay etc. Most of Indian who go for voting are semi litterate. They are influnced by such utternaces coming all the time on TV and Radio. Bad part is still Middle class who understands it very well, keep themself aloof from voting. Most of muslims are breading ground for big nos. And they have one point only to make sure that BJP is not coming to power. BJP need very strong and dynamic leader. Then no one will be able to stop them. I am sure this set back will bring some sense to them and they will take these rouges out fromdecision making. Like Jaitely. Or clip there wings and do not allow them to paly havoc.

1. Article 360 : The reason for giving special right to J&K was coz during division of country it was not decided where it would go. Before deciding both Pak and India occupied J&K. So the case went to int'l courts. They gave special status 360. Suppose if al indians start settling in J&K tomorrow Intl court decides J&K should go to Pak then what happens to the settlers and their investment. Now u know the importance of Article 360 Low life? All of you are fed on RSS hatred and misinformation the truth is hidden from u so that after a generation passes nobody knows the truth and low lifes like u can argue for integral part of india. 2. Uniform Civil code: Who will decide what is uniform civil code. Low lifes like u may decide on few codes and may force it on to me which is not acceptable to me. 3. Cow slaughter : The present constitution is unjustified to muslims. May be u pray to cow and drink cow piss. But I eat cow. If u dont like to eat cow, dont eat but why u oppose my eating cow? There are many backbones of rural indian economy like goats, buffalos, goats so u want ban on all? Dont think from one sided angle and think that it is asecular demand. If u think it is a secular demand, I say I dont like wine so ban all wine and more over it is good for ppl as many ppl are ruining thier assets coz of the habit. So will that be passes? We got some thing named popular opinion so why u want to force ur view on me? And say its secular?

Kashmir problem is continued due to stupidity of Congress,. Pakistan, never agreed any such thing and they changed demography of occupied Kahsmir by sending Paki there. Congress got 6 times chance to solve Kashmir problem but every time they drag there feet. 1. During 1948, when Nehru said to kariyappa, he you can take occupied Kashmir from Pak, on my dead body. Again, during 1965 and 1971, war, we should have focussed and took whole Kashmir in India, but poor political decision from Nehru daughter and weak Shashtri, did not take proper decision. I appreciate, pakistan leader ship inspite of too many problems, their politics is successful and always on top. We have good army but VERY BAD POLITICIAN, just bloody crooks and robbers. Now they will have field day.

This so called victory of the congressis is more to do with BJP's faulty strategy rather than with congress strength. BJP has to set up a 2nd line of leadership in BJP, if BJP can develop a good 2nd line, kill factionalism and project development with vibrant hidutva like modi, yeduriappa, we can do it. These congressis can then be wiped off in the enxt election
They voted for republicans george bush, who mismanaged the country's economy and led US to multiple f00lish wars and still they voted for him to second term.
Just like Indian voters voted for congi govt.
India will be in a bigger mess with more bangladeshi and pakis infiltrating the country, more bomb blast while the govt couldn't care less.
