India Decided; What Next?
by Arunkumar Puthenveetil on May 17, 2009 09:40 AM  | Hide replies

India has indeed taken a mature well-thought decision, giving priority to the right issues and choosing the right man with the right mandate and the right vision to pursue the solution to its most important problems. But this time India sure expects the governance to perform much beyond the existing mark given the current climate : global econ meltdown, threat of terrorism and insecure neighbour, changes in US policies, attitude and geo-political order. It is in this climate the new government must make strong reforms in the agrarian architecture of our country. Tapping the potential of IT for enhanced agricultural productivity and efficient supply flows to demand centres, massive launching of value added agri-products and processed foods to international markets at low prices for same quality... need to be pursued aggressively. Promoting microprocessor fabs and investing huge on key areas of fundamental research with the 'closed' aim of increased productivity need to be on top cards. On security front time has come to think and act on the matter of introducing 'smart' e-solutions in the form of bio-metric cards and e-money!

national governmwent is prefered by the Indian voters
by venkateswarlu yelama on May 17, 2009 09:33 AM  | Hide replies

DMK had 22 MP seats, demanding 7 berths in ministry. asking 3 cabinet berths for karunanidhi family and & other 4 berths for his party candidates.
Congress should ask President Pratiba Bharathi to allow her to demand for national governent. basing on the MP strength the parties can be allocated the ministrial berths.
Earlier congress did the same in UPA Lallu, Paswan, DMK-7 ministers,P Chidambaram etc., all looters, dacoits, the Indian Government revenues collected in many heads like service tax etc., & 75 lac crores were parked at European banks. why chidambaram visit swiss 178 times, while he goes out & come back to India he visits swiss. The poor people, honest citizes tax payers money in thier personal accounts. Very sad for the nation to have corrupted people at ministry.

It is money power that mainly won for UPA. I personally know scores of people who took 500/- per vote (and that too in the suburbs of all 4 metros) and voted for Cong. When people are ready to sell their conscience for Rs 500, and all media can be owned through money power, it will be difficult for others to make an alternative to Cong. Even before the election results were out, the outcome was clear to be this way.

Also, something has to be with the effort put in by the parties as well. Whereas UPA candidates visited my place 4 times, none from NDA or any other group never bothered.
Thirdly, voter turnout. As soon as it was known that the voter turnout was poor it was confirmed that UPA will win.

People know what people want... Congress is currently the only party that could give India stability. CPM should migrate to China and the Talibans to Afghanistan.

Clear RriggginnggOf Elections via Kangress appointed CEC
Everybody who was troublesome for Congress has lost:
Left Down 50%
Mayawati's BSP: Down 50% (Even though she was expected to do extremely well)

Jayalalitha: Last time 0 this time up, but not much at all, even though expected to do well
Laloo & Paswan(Had given Congress only 3 seats): Down 70%
Shiromani Akali Dal: Down 50%

Chiranjeevi: Expected to do very well in AP, crushed

On Other hand:
AP, Kangress expected to get smashed, sweeps.
Kangress needed to get a foothold in UP, Bihar, was unthinkable earlier but again, has happened
Kangress needed to crush BJP, whereever they had established a foothold: Orissa, BJD unexpectedly sweeps
In Bihar, Nitish gets so much success, it has upset balance between him & BJP. So he will start thinking of ditching them

UPA gets close to majority AND no one suspects that its rigged.
Kangressi Channels(NDTV, CNN-IBN) are exact in exit poll predictions, everyone else is wrong (Ha!)
Chief Election Commissioner has won it for Kangress. Just like the West-Indian umpire handing cricket series over to Australia.

NET RESULT, inspite of TERROR ATTACKS, PRICE-RISE, MINORITY APPEASEMENT, by putting rubberstamps in all important positions, Kangress has won...

Kangress actually winning in UP.
Huh???
Thats a no-brainer.. Thats RIGGINNGGGG

Wait for next wave of terrorism & price-rise.
It is about to begin now..

What do u know abt Ap politics. Everyone in AP knew that Chiranjeevi will not fare well and there will be a hung assembly. It is just that they (congress) got some more assembly setas than expected. Chiranjeevi's party divided the anti cong votes and thus the result.

what hung assembly ?
in times of the congress all the administrative organs ...police/officials/court/secretaries...become their stooge
cash is openly distributed ranging from Rs 100 - Rs 5000.
A senior party like the congress , fools the election commision by begging for votes in prime newspapers in the day of elections (which is against the act)

and 180/220 was projectd and suddenly 260 w/o allies....hung-ho what a magic?

whrn smoke arises there was a fire

moin pasha, all kaangress needed was 50 more seats which they got by rigging evms in del, ap and raj. In kerala/wb they were helped by anti-incumbenancy.
anyway, you will never want to believe this because there might be great danger to you if even think like this

Kangress win
1. Price rise of essential commodities
2. Oil price rise despite fall in international market price
3. More power & freedom to muzlims & xitians
4. Indians are more prone to terror attack
5. Indians will blame kangress for terror ataack for some time but will vote for them in next election
6. Rahul will talk for poor people but never do anything for their upliftment because he know, if they are educated then they'll not vote kangress next time
7. More job loss in private sector
8. More incentive to govt. employees even to a loss making unit.
9. Question on existance of Shri Ram.
10. CBI, ISI all central units will work for kangress not for India
11. More black money inflow to Swiss Bank
12. More black money inflow to Italistahn
