beggers have no choice, really!

Mr Bose seems to be two-times confident than his height. Every election the left partise are in a habit of talking big. Now Mr. Bose says that congress will support the third front? i think he is joking. After two more days and all so called seniors of CPIM and CPM will declare there support (this time only change could be that the support will be from 'in-side') to congress and will sing songs praising Madam and PM singh and also the young and charming Prince of congress. Mr. Bose will be no exception to that. They will have ready explanation to justify there actions saying they supported to prevent communal forces from forming the government. Now everyone India is well aware of the drama played by the left and the so called front formed by them. No mr. Bose, if you are serious about your statement, dont extend any support to any other party come what.. We will see how far you are honest! One more day to go for that?

What do you want a political party to say... Do you expect a party to declare that WE WILL LOSE and then contest the election... It is usual for every party to contest the elections with big hope.

CPIM is very clear that there is no support to BJP led or Cong-led government.

Left Party Should be Penalized
by saji palam on May 15, 2009 01:30 PM  | Hide replies

The left party the cheats as they are have gone to this elections saying that they will provide an alternative to save the nation from both Congress and BJP led governments. But it is crystal clear that they won't get any more than 30 seats in all and so they will then run to the Congress, fall on their feet and form a government. If they do that this time also they should be penalized, because they are cheating the electorate by saying that they are opposed to Congress before the elections... The party should be banned for not keeping the voters' trust!

Its actually a cheating these so called third front parties are doing with the voters of the country through pre poll non alliance and finally searching and adjusting partners and looking at dirty opportunities after results.

I guess EC should look into and at least do not let voters feel cheated or taken 4 a cool stupid ride . This paves way for a party to allince with other major seat holding party for which a voter otherwise would have never voted.

Mr. Gupta, I cannot understand why you are making hue and cry about Third front's future. You have not voted for the third front so you think about the acts of to whom you have voted. The people who have voted for the third front will bother about that. In any case, Congress or BJP will not be in a position to form a government with out the support, either from outside or by joining the government. This time the minimum demand for supporting the congress should be withdrawal of the Nuclear deal with USA.

Useless Left
by Manian Vasudevan on May 15, 2009 01:16 PM  | Hide replies

The most useless political gang in India is the Left front. Their only agenda is to ensure instability at the Central Government. They are highly opportunistic. Before Elections, they will shout "We will form a Non-Congress, Non-BJP Government". After the Election, they will drop half of that slogan and shout against BJP. Why they are trying to fool the electorate by this double game?

Its a shame on the Indian democracy that parties which capable of winning only handful Parliamentary seats, are dictating terms to the National parties
