Prakash karat is in the wrong company. His so called Third front is made up of power hungry politicians. While there is nothing wrong being power hungry for a politicians, the likes of DEVE GOWDA and Family, jayalalitha, Mayawati, etal cross all limits. The CPI-M cadre itself is divided and will end up supporting the UPA with or without manmohan as the leader.

IF KARAT SUPPORTS CONGRESS THIS TIME IT WILL BE FATAL & SUICIDAL BECAUSE NON CONGRESS VOTERS WILL SIMPLY WALK INTO LAP OF BJP IF YOU VOTE CPM AGAINST CONGRESS AFTER THAT IF IT GOES BACK TO CONGRESS THE VOTER LIKE ME FEELS CHEATED IF CPM SUPPORTS CONGRESS THIS TIME TAKE IT GRANTED NEXT TIME MY VOTE WILL BE FOR BJP.
you supported UPA to keep BJP out power,because you said BJP is communal, you must have been rewared for your honest support to keep communal party out of power. but today after 5years where you are standing you numbers will come down ( as per exit poles) so decission you took in 2005 is wrong or anti incumbancy may be hitting you becuase you have enjoyed power with out accountability. food for thougt Mr Karat.
If LEFT again supports congress-led government what are the chances that LEFT may support it for full 5 years. Will LEFT will be a hinderance again for any US-INDIA agreements. If LEFT interferes in policy matters again won't this be a constant menance for UPA. On the other hand if LEFT joins UPA, will third front be united?How much name damage it can cause to left if it joins UPA? All those things left will be thinking and possibly when the third front seeks support from congress or any negotiations between congress and left, only these matters will be discussed. At any cost Left may not support Congress but at all cost Left may seek suport from congress to support Third front. And how much difference in the name NON-Congress means to Left and to people. If Left says Non-congress govt. then what is so right in seeking a support from congress. Are citizens that much fool? Incase Congress supports Third front and Left dismantle 123 deal(Nuke deal) again, how much gurantee that congress will continue the support to 3rd front. I think in all the scenario,whether BJP(NDA) comes or not, I think they are in far more sensible and less burden in sitting in the opposition.They may rise some very fundamental questions to Congress and 3rdront especially Left, for which no one can answer.Advantage NDA in future especially in 2011 lok sabha elections.At any cost LEFT is needed for UPA and at any cost Congress is needed for Third front. This is the ground reality.

@Mahesh u only think of RSS becuase of Bigot views !Why u bother about what congi or left will do !The moot question is that all kulaks - corrupt Govt. babus and traders must be eliminated and wealth of the Nation which very few Manuwadis has usurped over the centuries be distrubuted equally among all Indians even by force -and for that poor 95 % Indians must fight1what r mere 5% Manuwadis and 10% their supporters against the might of 85% poor indians ,,,time has come for serious thinking among poor atleast 85% Indians to take back theur due from the Manuwaids by Law or FORCE

Mr.TIlak, Please do not confuse socialim and Communism.If you support left for pro-poor then you are disappointed.Prove me the benefits of Left in West Bengal or in Kerala.And if you say that babus or corrupt.Govt also include Left party people.China has changed its communists policies.Rural India largely depends on agriculture.Our farmers still using old techniques.If methods are put to best use in educating those farmers and create an awarness, by giving them practical tips and techinques and some eductaion, there won't be any poor. Left parties are here only to do Middle men business or as an agent to use poor and gain power.Make no mistake.For left Congress or BJP are far better.Congress used Left only to outwit it's rival in the name of secularism.Please do not shy away from this fact.
