There are some important factors are involved in this cause. 1.Voters list is being prepared by some people who doesnot have/feel responsibility to note down the correct information of the members of families. 2.Voting list data being collected three to four times and everytime they have cahnges in the information/details. Proper information is not being fed to computors. Pliticians/candidates are directly involved in rigging.
