I think before calling the name of Sanjay Gandhi's sterlization, please think it over. His policies were right. Why muslims are poor ? The main reason is more children per family, less education, and then poverty and then crime. Correct in the reverse gear > sterlization> small fasmily> beter educastion > more money per person to take care of > less chances of person going to crime. Education only can uplift you people and unless you learn to be Indian, you can not get respect.

Indian Parliament is SUPREME because they are ANSWERABLE and ACCOUNTABLE to 1,166,079,217 (July 2009 est.) Indian Citizens. Supreme Court is SECONDARY, because they are ANSWERABLE only to the LITIGANTS.
Democratic Nations have the following setup. PLAN - Parliament DO - Administration EXECUTES as per PLAN CHECK - Judiciary CORRECTS Administration (and NOT Parliament) as per PLAN
* Supreme Court should NOT create/review/refine/rewrite any LAW. * Supreme Court should NOT solve your KASHMIR problem, * Supreme Court should NOT decide your INCOME TAX rates, * Supreme Court should NOT decide the CORRECT train fare rate in India.
Parliament decides the SALARIES of Supreme Court Judges. Supreme Court Judges do NOT decide the SALARIES of Parliament Members.
If Judiciary CORRECTS Parliament, it is called SHARIA. At present, RAM JETHMALANI and PRANAB MUKHERJEE in India are EXPERTS in interpreting the PRACTICAL applications of Indian Constitution.
Mayawati can hang herself upside down like Paswan,Laloo Pd,Man Mohan Singh,Mulayaam singh Karuna Nidhi Baboo Naidu etc for Muzlim votes.They can not fix any body under NSA except H Indus. Shame.why H Indus are being taken forgranted?Think it over.
