Manmohan Singh as economist is pride of sikhs and india but MMS as PM is shame for all sikhs and humiliation to the great warriors who defended india and indians from enemies. a Sikh is naturally a brave and respected man but our PM manmohan singh is a weak and puppet PM. He is not a leader and non of his ministers listen to him and dont care him. They go to Sonia for all decisions and Manmohan is a weak PM who can not take a decision with out the approval of Sonia madam. He is a shameless puppet of Sonia. The whole world knows this . he is a shame to this country as prime minister who doest have control on his cabinet.

Even as economist, MMS is doubtful.
Dr Manmohan Singh is one of the most opportunist politicians of modern India. In 1970s, he supported emergency. In 1980s, he was a strong supporter of license-permit raj & not once either in his speech or in his writings, he has mentioned the word "liberalisation". The economic policy of 1991 was framed by a team which includes Sam Pitroda & Professor Subroto Roy, who wrote the Congress manifesto of 1991. That was the first time, Congress talked about liberalisation in India. There was no sign or evidence of Manmohan ushering in a new era. Due to sudden demise of Rajiv Gandhi, he was picked up by Narasimha Rao & he used the oppoertunity to claim credit for liberalising economy when it was absolutely not his idea. Just to remain a minister & get a place in Rajya Sabha, he claimed to be a resident of Assam when he was not. In 1999, he declared that he will give up his Rajya Sabha seat if he loses from South Delhi. He lost the election & did not give up the same. Whether you support L K Advani or not, you have to agree that Manmohan has never shown any character from the day he joined politics.

Very Good to hear the 1999 thing...so at least I see someone who is also a Banglar Cheley like me thinks about this Manmara Singh. I doubt his qualifications also and his recent comment about Afzal Guru makes me think he is just a Mouthpiece. I was unhappy to see him come back after his surgery. I thought he will retire for his waek mind and body and save the country and the nation.
Manmohan Singh should be proud of Rahul Gandhi instead, or is it the other way round ?....Rahul Gandhi proud of Manmohan Singh!!! politicians engaged in fooling people, as ever.

Congress made sure that India progresses well as a democratic and secular nation. Unlike our struggling neigbours, India is on the path to become a developed nation. Thanks to the good governance we had in last 60 years. If we had BJP ruling us for few more years, India would have been split into different 50 countries. Brahmins wud have Brahminstan, Dalits wud have Dalitstan, Kshatriya wud have kshatriyastan, rajputstan, madrasistan, andhrastan, mallustan and so on. We Indians do not want the service of cunning and fraud leaders of BJP. pagiztan requires the service of Advani and other BJP leaders. Please quit our country and go to pagiztan.
