My point is instead of electing a corrupted person we must give oppurtunity to new people based on their qualifications such as their backgrounf.criminal records etc.
You reply is out of frustation that everybody in politics is corrupted. It's true to some extent but if every one us reject al the existing corrupted pliticians we can bring a change in our country.

I understand that most of use corruption as a mechanism to achieve things without any delay.
Why a normal person opts for corruption is because we don't have good process in place. Politicians who are responsible for good leadership and setting up good process for the growth our country are not doing their job and hence our country is always called as developing country.
We as citizens should change by saying no to corruption and as well as not to vote for corrupted polticians.

good point but I heard that this doesnt make any difference as the person who gets maximum votes from the rest of the votes is elected.
But I also heard that if the no.of negative votes is greater then the difference between Winner and First Runner up..then all the constituents will be disqualified.... Don't know which is correct....

As far as I know there is section called 49 -0.
Most of us including me are not aware of the terms and conditions. So there is a section that helps general public yet to be explored. So it's not waste of time.
Again if both the person got disqualified or one person gor negative votes when compared to the other person in both scenarios the general public will come to know about that person and he/she is not fit for election.

Well, Congress has done enough injustice to common people of India and for all these years. They have traveled extensively with hard earned tax payers money but never improved India's infrastructure of Communication and transportation. It was only under BJP the Golden Quadrangle was realized. Now here comes another baby who thinks he can be in power and this young generation would select him to be PM. I just read the heading. We do not have time to listen to you. It was not right on the part of Mature, intellectual Gentleman to say he sees a PM in you? Well we don't and never will.

Congress is a decaying bastion of corruption. They have no vision or platform to offer India. All they can do is hurl abuses at others, as they cling desperately to power. They deserve to be chased out of India. The Russians fought hard to overthrow the Czars, the Iranians overthrew the Shah, and it's time for India to overthrow the Nehru-Gandhi clan. India is a Republic, and the purpose of being a Republic is to not be organized around a royal family. But that's exactly what the Congress Party is organized around -- the royal Nehru-Gandhi dynasty. They've made a mockery of the country, and they must be wiped out.

Congress and its offshoots have looted Bharat enough.They have filled their pockets with tax payers' money. Sonia is against bringing back Swiss money as she has a major chunk in it. The Bofors booty flowed from Bofors company to Quatrocci and in turn to Rajiv-Sonia. Incomplete utilization of funds allocated for girl child education, and infrastructure in the last 5 years. - Half of the money went to buy the voice of media. Three puppets of Sonia - President, PM and CEC. Democracy ridiculed. Where is democracy, it is Gandhicracy. This nation deserves a better PM than this doormat. Sikh Issue: Sikh killed Indira Gandhi because they were against sending indian army to sikh's golden temple. Indira Gandhi was the root cause of the problem and Sikh killed Indira. But you can see MMS as PM of India now (probably the beloved bahu sonia don't like her MIL indira). And india is involved in the internal matters of pakistan to warn killing sikh in pakistan.
Srilankan Tamil Issue: Rajiv Gandhi was killed by LTTE because IPKF killed and raped tamils instead of helping them in srilanka. Rajiv didn't controlled IPKF and he was the root cause of all the trouble, so LTTE killed Rajiv. And thousands of tamils were killed because of Rajiv death and india still helping srilanka to kill thousands. And india will say they cann't involve in the internal matters of srilanka.

Bangaladesh Issue: In east pakistan where bangaladeshis are majority didn't had equal rights as other citizens in pakistan. So, they protested and took weapons to defend themselves. India helped them secure a homeland for bangaladeshis. India still have lots of bangaladeshi refugees and they live here happy without any restriction.
Srilankan Tamil Issue: Srilankan issue is very similar to bangaladeshi issue. Only difference is India don't want to help them. Instead they give weapons to srilankan army to kill tamils in srilanka. Srilankan tamil refugees are restricted to live freely in india and they are in the camp.
