I Cannot Completely Agree with Varun Gandhi.
by TheBestMan InAll on May 09, 2009 11:06 PM  | Hide replies

I Cannot Completely Agree with Varun Gandhi.

I have a alternative Suggestion.

Let there be complete Freedom to have any number of Children.

Let there be All kind of Subsidies to All people.

But, Let the Subsidies, including on petrol/diesel, be Only to those who have one Child as a person.

That is, Man or Woman - with any number of Spouses in their Life - Should have only one Child in Life to have any kind of Subsidy or Favourable benefit from the Govt.

Think about this Alternative proposition which would then control population with a very Humane Face.

The Question is why should the Exchequer take More than half of the burden of those, who are only doubling every 20 years ??????

Let them pledge to half themselves.

I agree with you. The Govt should provide incentive only for one child. No Govt can function on subsidies. We need funds for development and infrastructure.

One Community of South India called Lambadas Who live on Subsidies and Reservations, Have Grown from 1.25 lakhs in 1970 to 40 lakhs in 2009 at a annual rate of 10.2% or 32 times.

Now Imagine How statistics with these communities will be showing dismal numbers.
If they say the percapita income per day is Rs.20, It means Rs.640 per day on a constant population basis.

So, Understand Why is the Exchequer Subsidizing and calling backward those who are Only and Only burdening the Exchequer More and More ??????

We need More and More of Intellectuals who can Create, Not Worthless fellow who are only a Burden, And Vote for Notes.

HC panel revokes NSA on Varun
by Vijayalakshmi on May 09, 2009 09:15 PM

Shame on Mayawati for misusing the stringent NSA against a budding politician! She, Jayalalitha, Sonia Gandhi (even the late Indira Gandhi)have misused their positions on different occasions. So nobody should trust them with any responsible positions on the plea of women's empowerment.

2. No castes. Just be an Indian.

3. Compulsory enlisting in armed forces.

4. No dramas. He says he needs power to achieve these.

This is great. We need live passionate guy like him not dead corrupt like others in Nehru's litter.

will someone check conversions by luring poor
by anjaneya on May 09, 2009 07:00 PM  | Hide replies

After Kerala TN Orissa missionaries aggressive in AP and Karnataka
Alarming 5 fold increase in Kandhamal Christian population from six per cent in 1971 to 27 per cent in 2001 ,It began with the arrival of Christian missionaries in the area who found the remote region very conducive to conduct prosetylization amongst the poor tribals. The conversions continued unhindered until the arrival of Swami Laxmanananda who put strenuous efforts to stop conversions and help reconversion to Hinduism as well. If not for his effort Kandhamal would have been another Nagaland in the making where the separatist movement has wrecked havoc in the state.
The aggressive Christian proselytization in Orissa today pitched previously peaceful tribals into warring camps of Christians and non-Christian. This has has vitiated the peace that has existed with various communities for millenia.
Why Orissa
Orissa has been specially targeted because of a huge tribal population. This allows the missionaries to work from the scrutiny of the media and carry our their nefarious activities.
In Kandhamal district, for instance, the Christian population has increased from six per cent in 1971 to 27 per cent in 2001, despite a law enacted by the Orissa Legislature in 1967 to prevent conversion by allurement, coercion, bribery and cheating.

What sort of judicial system do we have?
by Pankaj Kumar on May 09, 2009 07:00 PM

It is due to the pathetic state of affairs of the judiciary, the leaders like Mayawati, Mulayam Singh, Sonia and more are our rulers! We have one set of laws for the rich, famous and politicians, another for the rest of the Indians! What sort of constitution, democracy, laws and the judicial system we have?

Whether one is a dalit ki beti or anyone else, calibre should be the only determining factor to elect a PM. Mayawati has shown that she can misuse the law of the land for vested interests. So let us reject her for that post.

NSA and congress
by Lopesh S on May 09, 2009 05:29 PM  | Hide replies

What Varun told was that he wants to cut the hands of those who support terrorists and terrorism. Congress mis took it that varun is talking of their hands and in conjuction with another anti nationalist Maya slapped NSA on Varun. When MMS told he lost sleep when terrorists were interrogated in far away Britain and when he told that muslims should have first use of resources in India and when he was having a sound sleep when mumbai, delhi, varanasi, hyderabad, and Bangalore blasts happened, NSA should have been slapped on him. When sonia and her goons looted money in bofors and food for oil scam NSA should have been slapped on her. When she protected her friend Qutrocchi in escaping and defreezing his accounts, NSA should have been slapped on her. When MMS and his madam are protecting afzal and now when they are trying to protect kasab, NSA should have been slapped on them. When they removed POTA to help there votebanks terrorists, NSA should have been slapped on them, not on Varun.

Think of the larger good! Anyway, it will not be enforced just because he alone says it. Govt policy will determine it.Anyway, compulsory military service and small family norm is good for the country as a whole.
