Left is very chaalu party.... they gave electricity connection to few pepole from population.So less users = non stop power supply also no industry = non stop power supply. This way they manage to have best electricity infrastructure. Let them come to center to rule same policy will be applied to rest of india

I may not be able to speak of Weat Bengal but definitely 60% of Kerala does not live in slums.With a large segment of the population living in Gulf and Europe the quality of life is definitely much higher than majority of other states
