I read during my studentship that only a candidate who has lived for atleast 3 years in a constituency can fight election from that constituency. How come, now politians can fight elections from more than one constituency. Does it mean, he has lived in 2,3, 4 constituencies simultaneously ? How come they can fight elections from the constituency other than their place of residence. Can Subhash Kashyap explain and chellenge in the Court of Law.
Can BJP and Congress with support of their real and actual partners form a Govt. and serve for 2.5 years each. The single largest party may be given first chance. Does our constitution allows this ??

The constitution doesn't say any thing about this. Merging is possible with any parties that are voted by the common people of India.
But the chance of that is 99% less because of Ideologies of both the party are diffrent. Once they make this arrangement the other parties like tird & fourth front, to get the mileage, will say that they cheat then common people by competing at the elections opposing & rulling toughter.
They wil also says that this is their joint techniq to eat away money.

It is very much possible, why not. Both have almost the same manifestos, just that Congress is a hypocrite calling BJP as 'communal' while themselves playing the Muslim card for the last 50 years.
The only issue is our MPs do not have the intelligence, guts and the understanding to rise above party politics and vote as per their conscience during no-confidence motions. e.g. BJP's N-deal approach is same as that of the Congress, however BJP simply because it is the largest opposition party voted against Congress.
Our political parties are not mature enough to understand that certain issues are above party politics.
Since all politicians are making fools of us, the following idea would be great if there is hung parliament.
Congress and BJP shake hands, 2.5 years for Advani and 2.5 years for Manmohan. Cabinet posts - half for congress and half for BJP. Loot for 5 years. Kick out all smaller parties and warn them of dire consequences if they even come anywhere near Delhi. No Lalu, Jayalalitha, Mayawati, Paswan, Karat, Naidu to worry about. No horsetrading and lots of money saved.

why not kick the congress and BJP,let the local parties or small party come ahead and work on small problems of their locality then other problems.
What has Congress or BJP done in last 50 years....both are parties were the ruling caste the same. Both the parties have lots of swiss bank accounts.
It a chance for local party to solve local problems in next five years...directly then the national problems can be taking into account.
It is unfortunate but yes it is Pratibha Patil who will invite the party. Most likely as she has been installed by the Congress, she might call them. Our country sucks, i mean just imagine we have crooks like her as our Prez
Any political party forming the government they should consider the important matters like security, employment more concentration on incriment of horticulture & agriculture products use natural resources such as rain.Curb the rate of curruption through appointing more security personnels.Continuas improvement policy, trying to be better than yesterday these will do a good India rather than present.
NDA MAY NOT BE INVITED BY THE PRESIDENT AS SHE IS SUPPOSED TO BE FAVORITE OF SONIA.SHE CANNOT GO AGAINST HER WISH.SHE CANNOT DO ANY THING BEYOND HER REACH AND INSTRUCTED BY SONIA.HENCE SONIA IS CERTAIN AND CONFIDENT THAT THEY ARE GOING TO FORM THE GOVT AT CENTER.NDA WOULDN'T BE COMING IT IS CERTAIN AND WHAT EVER THE CRISIS THEY CONSTITUTION WOULD BE RENDERED USELESS.
I am not able to understand why Mr. Kashyap prefers that the President should invite the leader of the largest pre-poll alliance to form the Govt.as the pre-poll alliance have no any constitutional status.

i hope the president will remain an honorable president by inviting the largest pre poll alliance and not lean towards upa and give them a chance to indulge into horse trading. i am sure upa will be the single largest party, but more sure nda will be the largest pre poll alliance. if president functions honorably, the democracy will be saved, otherwise, it is already on the brink of extinction, she will be hitting the last nail on the box and bury democracy.

Shri. L.K. Advaniji and Shri.Man Mohan Singh Ji. Today every Indian citizen's worry is 1)safety and security 2)Overcoming Economic Crises 3) India should become permanent member in UN Council. All the three can be achieve by you, if you both join together. Don't give chance to any third or fouth front to the power. If so India will become another CIS country. Please think and save India.
