i will do BJP-172 Shiva Sena-16 Nitesh -22 Ajit Singh-5 Haryana LD-6 TRS-5 AGP-5 Akali Dal-11 Goorkha -1 Total tally is 243 (Opinion Poll -Times of India - Marg latest survey,08-05-09) It is not difficult to form the NDA govt with the support of AIADMK (28 seats) or BSP (26 seats) or TDP (21 seats) or Trinamool (16 seats) or Farooq (3 seats) or Biju JD (8 seats) or even SP (17 seats)
But it is difficult for UPA because latest predictions give Congress only 94 seats.

i have also read it.But whether can we believe these opinion polls ? it went wrong in the past
Its crystal clear who the president will invite under any cicumstances - She will do this honour to thank those who made her president. This scenario was well anticipated by congress strategist (including left) and hence this president was selected. I hope the lady will keep the status and impartiality of president office intact and will not behave like the ones who have signed emergency bills. Only time will tell. I want to be proved wrong.

It is unfortunate, but your suspicion is based on valid grounds.
We would be better off without pseudo-secular journalists like Sheela Bhatt, Vicky Nanjappa, Kuldip Nayyar, Praful Bidwai, Arndhati Roy, etc! They are more harmful to the Country than the D-Company. I had seen an article written by Mr. Kuldip Nayyar in The Dawn, Karachi datelined May 1, 2009 which reads as under:
Quote THERE is a saying that justice may be delayed but is not out of reach. The wheel of fortune has turned slowly to expose Narendra Modi, chief minister of Gujarat, the state where some 4,000 Mus1ims were ki11ed seven years ago. Unquote The final toll is only 1180 (including the missing and the H1ndus shot-dead by the Police). What are these guys going to gain by spreading hatred??

JGN....If it is a BJP ruled state, they dont believe in the official figures. Here they have massive spin stories like the one Teesta gave to the nation. These apologists have no work in their life. They are born to foment trouble in India.

I do not support Modi or BJP but at least these guys should stop telling utter lies. Let the law takes its own course and punish whosoever is guilty.

LalBahadur shashtri ji said "Jai Jawan Jai Kisan" and nowadays a group of politicians are happy to made a "coffin scam" dats wat they did for our brave soilders..in chattisgarh Farmers are suciding in massess... We All Know Hemant Karkare is a brave Martyr true Indian by heart but wen he made investigation and sadhvi got caught along with some other "Fake Hermits" same BJP/RSS folks used to abuse him ..and now one pakahandi hypo fake Sant from the ganag used to molest girls he had a ashram and he used to molest foreign countries as well as indian galz women..lots of blue movies and his self made movies found by investigation team wat a shame !!

What has Hemant Karkare done? He was busy with his never ending K-serials on one Sadhvi and one Purohit and in the process he fogot his basic duty as Chief of ATS. He paid with his life for his f00lishness.
As for other unsavory incidents mentioned by you, the track-record of other peddlers of faith is also nothing to write home about.
Maturity of a democracy is when every individaul is seen to be heard and that is where regional parties are indeed useful as their priority is their backyard/state...but then yes!no regioanl party should be allowed to rule the country unless they have a robust ntaional presence....not allies!!!!! Running the nation has to be left to a chiose if two...all regional and bit players may allign with either.....
