by modi on May 06, 2009 10:47 PM  | Hide replies

Is he a fool ?. How can he do such a grave mistake, during an election goes and wooes the allies of other parties....I feel Rahul has dug a grave for himself and his party....Hope someone will be left around to do the last rituals....

After all he is also not willing to loose the power he enjoyed for the past 5 years. As Simple as This.

EC instead of conducting election can handover the activity to Cong.

Cong. Leader contribution
by Vamsee Deepak on May 06, 2009 10:42 PM

Now a days , congress party is always focus the sacrifices made by Hon. Ex Pm Rajiv & Indira. But what about the other existing party leaders contribution to the society. The citizens of India already honoured the Hon.Ex Pm's with Highest awards and their families also enjoying all the privileges from past few decades. Most of our soldiers also sacrificed their lives for the sake of our country. What about them. Could Indian govt. extend the similar privileges to our brave solider families.

So instead of repeatedly reminding the sacrifices of our Hon. Ex. Pm's, if they can focus on other cong. leaders contribution to the country and society, I think that would be very essential and understandable in the current election scenario.

Congressis are the Greatest Sacrificers
by Parth Mehta on May 06, 2009 10:28 PM  | Hide replies

I don't mean to be sarcastic but I believe Congress party candidates and workers are the greatest sacrificers. Look what happens in the party. Suppose you are a small party worker and you are working extremely hard to progress and gain yourself a good position in the party. Trying to come up a hard way after working many years in spite of knowing that the top seat is reserved for a person who will make a direct entry from top regardless of any hard work, any experience. If the party wins, this person at the top will take the credit. If the party looses, the same person won't be held accountable. So basically, however hard you work as a Congress Party Worker, you will not be able to reach the top level because it is already reserved and decisions are already made and still all the Congressis are singing Rahul Baba, the so called Yuvraj for PM tune. Even our PM is happily warming the seat for Rahul Baba and ready to empty it whenever Rahul Baba is fully groomed to take PM seat. Friends, who can give bigger sacrifices than these? I don't think anyone in India except Congressis are so loyal and so generous who can give great sacrifices with their career and political ambitions. Thank you.

U've made a gud point mate. But Atleast in TN,we can say the same thing 4 DMK n AIADMK as well. Can any1 even mistakenly think of running DMK other than Stalin/Azhagiri aftr MK is gone(most probably in the nxt assembly elections)?or can any1 dare 2 go beyond Amma's diktats in AIADMK?Same in Maharashtra with NCP n ShivSena? The origin of MNS n Raj Thakrey itself was because he threatened to usurp Bal Thakrey's legacy which supposedly beloged to his own son!!Same is with Lalu's RJD,Maya's BSP n Mulayam's SP.BJP also is nt spared here as Vasundhara's son n many other's r being groomed 2 take the dynasty mantle ahead.
Its the people who've 2 c thru the bluff of these private limited political corporations who a beneffitin at tax payer's hard earned money.
