the present congress government, in spite of being asked by the hon'ble supreme court, has not declared any specific steps to bring back the black money. on the contrary, bjp has decalred so, and has already set up a steering committee, with a specific action plan, and has made it an open declaration. so now we know who will bring the black money, so, the results of this election will tell us whether we will get it back or not.

it was p chidambaram, the then finance minister who gifted to the rich loots of the country a scheme called VDIS. under the scheme, all those who defaulted on their taxes, were allowed to declare and keep their ill gotten money. may be this time around, don't be surprised if it happens in the next two to three days, the congress government offers an amnesty scheme for all those who kept black money abroad, under which they can bring it back, keep all of it, and still not pay any tax! only congress can do something like this. So, just wait!

Getting money from tax heavens to India should not be a concern. Concern should be to discover the avenues which is used to offload money to the foreign accounts. Goverment must concentrate to stop the channels which are being used to offload the money from India to the foreign banks. Government should also look into the policy loopholes which allow someone to accumulate money from foreign source and deposite in the foreign bank. Once dsclosure of foreign accounts and properties are made mandatory for the citizens, some money flow can be stopped.
THE EASIEST AND SUREST WAY IS TO CONDUCT NARCO ON CONGRESS AND NCP LEADERSHIP. ENOUGH INFO WILL BE AVAILABLE TO BRING BACK AMOUNT ENOUGH FOR ONE YEARS BUDGET OF THE COUNTRY
I have only one question to all those who have stashed billions of rupees there.How much you are able to spend and enjoy till you die and how much you will take with you when die. multiply that by 25 times and keep for you balance atleast bring to treat your mother (India)who is dying.
