Even after more than 50 years of Congress rule 70% Indian are poor and do not have social security.
Biggest Defence scam - Bofors by Gandhi family.
Cash for Vote in Parliament – Shame on Congresss
Check the food prices at present in compare to 3 years back, common man is finding problem for day to day living.
Congress is not secular because of it's minority appeasement programs.
Congress is soft on Terrorists, Price Rise and Corruption.

Following are few of the biggest scams in India, that have taken place when Manmohan Singh was in charge:
1- Latest in the news is Satyam Scam which is touted to be the biggest corporate scam of India when Dr. Manmohan Singh is Prime Minister as well as finance Minister.
2- Harshad Mehta Scam of 1992 which was touted to be the first ever scam of this magnitude and in fact aam aadmi of India came to know about this great word SCAM only after that.
3- Ketan Parikh Scam of 1992.
4- C. R. Bhansali Scam between 1992 to 1996.
5- Cobbler Scam of 1995 where Shiv Daya was the main player.
6- I.P.O. Scam of 2004-05 which is considered to be the biggest scam of its type.
7- Dinesh Dalmia of DSQ Scam in 2000-01.
8- A. K. Telgi's Stamp Paper Scam considered to be the biggest and most widely spread scam. The scam started in 1994 and was unearthed in 2000.
9- Virender Rastogi Sacm in the year 1995-96.
10- UTI Scam in year 2000.
11- Uday Goyal's Plantation Scam started in 1995 and was revealed in 1998.

Very True
NO Congress is not interested as it will expose them
last year when German govt captured the sensitive data containing 1500 names of thugs having black money accounts in LGT Bank of Liechenstein, it offered Indian govt data free of cost for around 300 Indians who were having black money deposited there.

but, the Congress govt refused the data. They even went to the extent to say to Indian ambassador of Germany that do not ask anything from the Germans. WHY ???.

In May 2008, Advani wrote a letter to Manmohan Singh in this regard but the so called 'honest' PM remained quiet & did nothing.

Few days back they calleD aDvani liar & now they submit to the SC that they know the details.

In the last 62 years in the name of secularism & common man, Congress has looted India to the extent of amount double than its GDP out in the foreign banks.

How can Kapil Sibhal Abhishek singhvi claim that the money cannot be brought back without even giving it a try? Only people with vested interests
I don't know why the Indian vote for such corrupt party !!!!!!!!!!!!.

by Gazi on May 05, 2009 03:17 PM  | Hide replies

The Business Model of the TCS, Wipro & Infosys is just as a body shoppers.

These companies recruit fresher in large number in compasus with a salary equal to peanut.
They give some training in the initial stage to freshers which is half bake & in the next few month later these freshers land in to free pool & looking for new assigment but the new assignment required different technologies all together which fresher cann't handle at all still Managers in these companies will market these half knowledge people which clients always complaint for poor quality.
These Service based companies don't have any model to measure performance at all.

Only performance in this companies are how much billing can do a employee irrespective of his performance. if he is not billable he is non-performer. Even Though he has experience in R & D companies like Google, IBM , ORACLE & SAP

These companies keep experience people in Hit List always.

These companies way of work is similar to the LeT & LTTE who look for Teen People.

They Don't have compitency centre & Quality Work Force Because they won't have R & D Centre. These are Banyaas & Marwadis type Business.

Funds in tax havens
by ramakrishna seetharaman on May 05, 2009 03:16 PM

It is a wonderful & realistic analysis of the situation and the writer is to be congratulated. Will the SC take note of these if the real intention is to catch the culprits in India.
It is doubtful.

Can India get back funds in tax havens?
by sharda kejriwal on May 05, 2009 03:16 PM

Why not? If there is a will there is a way.But the problem is the maximum amount lying in Tax heavens are of Politicians so how can they expose them self before the public. The politician-criminal nexus is the route cause of the Indian Govt. is not interested the names. When USA, UK, Germany, France all asked the Swiss banks recently at the G20 submit India P.M. did not raise his concern in this matter. When these countries can get the details of the names of people who have slashed money in tax havens countries than surely India too can do the same. But it is the top politicians, bureaucracy and other powerful people who have funds in tax heavens. So how can one expect them to be serious in this matter. The politicians will not allow the intelligence and investigating agencies to do this. Even Rahul Gandhi said today that every Govt. have their own men in CBI, Courts, IAS, IPS etc. So how can the Govt. who appoints people to the high post with their men dare go against their masters."There has also been a lack of interest on the part of our legislators in this subject, which has a vital bearing on our national security, economic well-being and fight against terrorism" but who wants to fight terrorism. The Govt. wants that this should continue so that they can divide the people in the name of caste, religion. They are interest only in their vote bank politics. The only politician till date has been punished is SUKH RAM. He used to sleep over few cores under his bed.

BLACK MONEY OVERSEAS
by Rajesh Vyas on May 05, 2009 03:11 PM  | Hide replies

The Indian Governments whethwr UPA, CONGRESS or NDA do not have the WILL to bring this money back as a lot of politicians will be exposed. When it comes to Black Money all political parties are same. We can forget about getting this money back. If we were honest, this situation would nit have arisen in the first place. WE HAVE TI LIVE WITH THIS SITUATION AND WITH OUR POLITICIANS. It is difficult to comprehend why the CONGRESS party is so defensive on this issue. Do they have a vested interest??

Modi is a great leader!!!

But so was Hitler!!! you dont need to be a good moral person to be a good leader.

I agree Modi has won his election not by dividing votes or parties...

But by dividing the people of Gujarat. Now he wants to do the same to our country.

To me he is more a Britisher than the worst Britisher ever in history.

Stop being emotional fools and open your eyes to what games bjp wallahs play not only with your votes but with your lives!!!

If Modi is Hitler than he should have killed all the Muslims in Gujrat like Hitler did to Nazis. Britishers way of ruling was divide and rule. The same practice was adopted by the congress who ruled over this country for more than 50 years after Independence.Dividing the states on linguists basis. Dividing hindu-muslims in the name of religion. Dividing Hindus-Sikhs. Dividing hindus in the name of reservation. In the Constitution the reservation was for ten years only. But even after 60 years they have continued this and have increased the reservation quota in the name of SC,ST,OBC,Muslims.
Don't write like a fool if you have no knowledge about the congress policy.

ZX actuly meant miano or manio whatever it means. But his is not expert in history like you. BTW do you have any say that why the Govt. is not sincere in this matter. What step the Govt has taken in this matter? When in the G20 submit all powerful nations were demanding to know who has how much money people from their country have slashed in tax heavens why was our STRONG HONEST PM MMS kept silent? This clearly shows he was shielding only one family this is of his Masters.
