Secondly, I think these Congress politicians have accumulated enough wealth during last 60 years. They are the most corrupt people. Although I do not believe this is the case for the Gandhi family. They are rich since Motilal Nehru days. They don't need to gather more money. They are the only family where each member has contributed to the country and sacrificed lives for the same.

Swiss Banks' account-holders have been in their own guiding rules. No doubt it pains India a lot. Swindlers, black-marketeers and politicians do such nuisance from the inception. I have read news sometime in the recent past that if India recovers 10% of such illegal deposit, it can make roads of national highway standard to all its villages.
Ask or request all Indians with money in foreign banks to transfer the same to Indian banks in India and deduct tax at a reduced rate- may be 20 to 30 % depending upon how long this money was hidden from Indian govt. In case, people do not accept this request, make a deel with foreign banks and offer them a commission of 10 to 15 % on entire money transfered to govt of India which they are holding from Indian investers/depositors. In this case, along with confiscating this money, other legal actions are to be initiated. On top priority, instruct all foreign banks to seize all these accounts and not allow any money transfer from these accounts.
