Atleast Modi controlled Gujarat Riots in Three months then what about the deaths of Kashmiri Hindus who were killed 50 times more than Gujarat Muslims. Still now no Justice provided to them.

Modi didnt ask for the US visa. Pl. check the facts dear. He never asked for Visa. There is no question of denial. He is a kind of man who dreams to make India so great that ameriacns will queue infront of indian consulate for visa

he asked Us visa atleast twice.... and USA slapped him their denial....
Also when condi- Rice visit her last Indian visir..ODDvani request her to consider Modi's visa request....
Looking at it long term, the Govt must set up a hate-crimes tribunal or a fast court where people who have committed hate crimes against humanity, can be tried and sentenced quickly say within 3 months max, to jail terms. The tragedy in India is, it takes ages and the guilty politician tries his best to look like a hero, in the interim, despite having commit-ted grave crimes or tries to tamper with the court work. Quick dispensation of justice can bring in the necessary reality check, in the social environment. Likewise, there can be a fast court for economic crimes, small crimes etc. There can be a family court for dispens-ing justice in divorce, inheritance disputes, in a quicker time frame. The objective is to see quicker operational efficiency by split-ting the workload in the courts, under differ-ent heads. Remote TV conferencing, a techno-logical aid, can also help speed up matters, by bridging distances.

Y Supreme court / Congress / You are not asking any thing about 56 hindus who burnt live by MUSLIMS ?? ? Y there were not Humans ?
These all are fantasies of a day dreamer. We all know Bidwai when it comes to his comment on BJP, especially Modi. How many has read the article he predicted how Modi will routed in Gujarat state elections. After the results came, he had to beg to rediff to get it removed from rediff site! So much for his credibility. See how cunningly he transforms the mass murder in Godhra to just a "tragedy"!

Preserving human values are important at any time and it is good that SC has ordered a clean probe all over again. Whatever be the popularity of any leader, if he has committed a crime, he has to face retribution for it sooner or later. We can not have a mockery of the law here nor can we "cheapen" human lives lost, just because they belong to a particular community.
