Sanjubaba would have been killed by stone pelting in broad day light if we have Shariyat law like middle east or kabul
even though it is bad that sanju baba is banned from contesting elections .but he can take good training in secualrism under mulayamji and amar singhji

@vinod vinod ,Sanjoy Dutt is an anti-national and takes the camouflage of gandhigiri to hide his anti-national activities in connection with underworld people and terrorists who killed 500 innocent people......................so it's a great day for indian democracy, people and judiciary......at least one anti-national has received what he deserves.........kudos to Supreme Court .........and Soniaji is also happy with this judgement and welcomed it....

H1ndus have no obsession for a kingdom of their own. Even Nepal has now become a democratic country. It is the porkicutlets who dream of making their own kingdoms (kaliphates)!

What is circumstantital? Was he not aware that AK-47 is a deadly weapon? He should be inside the jail instead of acting in films.

but we have to take into account the more deadlier and corrupt people are into politics..if one wants to do good work this way people are thrown out..by our dirty politician...
Asom Chief minister Tarun Gogoi has said that infiltration from Bangladesh is not the only problem confronting the State and that he is more focused on job creation, job-oriented education, health care and agriculture. Let us not blame him now; hardly can he do anything against the hordes of illegal Bangladeshis who have made Asom their most suitable living space and who have been allowed by the ruling Congress to settle here, proliferate and vote for the party as a thanksgiving exercise. As the Gauhati High Court has rightly said, since the Bangladeshi nationals have already become ‘‘kingmakers’’ in Asom, the ‘secular’ politician in Tarun Gogoi would not afford to offend the kingmakers. In fact for the Congress, illegal immigration from Bangladesh to Asom has never been an issue; it has rather been an advantage for the party, given its expertise in building vote banks — at the cost of national security. By making it loud and clear that illegal Bangladeshis are not a major problem for Asom, Gogoi has extended an open invitation to their likes to come and make the State their living space. This is vote-bank politics at its worst. But is Gogoi concerned?

Hi CONGRESSIN, I think that a year or so before gogoi held a press conference. He had then sain there is not even a single Bangladeshi in Assam. Again, take the case of the Nepali Citizen and murder convict Mani Kumar Subba. He is a congress MP. Again, the PM is rajya sabha elect from Guwahati. This reduces effectively seats in Assam by one. Who gave Gogoi the authority to invite the PM to go to RS from Assam.
If Sanjay would have contested from Congress, may be judgement would have been different. But Amarsingh is great and now has an opportunity to place Manyata instead of Sanjay. Amar singh had already had an idea of this judgement and wanted to field the true heir of Dutt family. Now there is a strong possibility to field Ms Nagma in place of Sanjay's sister from Bandra. Let us wait and watch.
