Bcoz he is fighting from congress and he belongs to minority. He can do whatever he wants to. Remember india is a secular country. Here minorities can do anything they want to do.

What is this non-sense called Gandhigiri? He is just an actor, who acted according to instructions of the Director.
Basically he is a pervert who suffered himself and made his family also suffer (starting with drug abuse)!
In this country where legislature and executive both have got thoroughly corrupted and beyond control,nation's only hope is Supreme Court and High courts.They are expected to rise to occassion and put their foot down in controlling the menace of crime-politics confluence.While courts should not interfere in general issues, in the important and critical issues,courts should lead the national interst and intervene even suo moto.
We request Supreme Court to order amendment of RPA for including No-candidate option in ballot box and also restrict re-election to one time only, like in most good countries.Spot less qualificationm of candidate with significant service/professional/business and social work record should be must with graduation degree for contesting state and central election.For panchayat level we can relax.It is time the systems are changed to bring transaparency,competence and contribution in democratic system.
Law is to stay .It is slow in India.But firm one? It must open cases against politicians like Jayalaltha, shibhu soren etc.Do any act.But Manage,not to come under any Firm law. A lesson from this verdict

Ban all criminals who are judged criminals by any court in india. It is good to note criminal Dutt is barred. There are several others who are contesting as UPA candidates. They also must be barred with other criminals!

nothing will happens to them...if u barred them they will give the tickets to their wives....just what lalu did in the past...
