do u trust on indian constitution ????
by nimit patel on Mar 30, 2009 06:21 PM  | Hide replies

The six fundamental rights are:[1]

Right to equality
Right to freedom
Right against exploitation
Right to freedom of religion
Cultural and educational rights
Right to constitutional remedies

Where is right of equality???

reservation in IIM and MBBS, reservation in BE and B tech

where is equality??/

subsidy to hujj where is equality???

laon waiver to farmer where is equality???

first right of indian constitution is we all are equal and there should be equal right and criteria for every one./..

how can MMS tell minority having first right on national resources???

reservation to SC OBC ( Only one reservation i will like and that is Handicapt people..) in every area from job to edcation... loan to other facility... is govt ever follow consitution of india????

from 1947, from ambedkar, from nehru indira and till bajpayee every one gave reservation on basis of cast and sex... then how can u keep to Right to equality on the top????

this is the true face of congress ( BJP come in power once and that too last election... in 1998 and till that much reservation was done...)

WHEN I CANT TRUST FIRST RIGHT OF MY CONSTITUTION HOW CAN I GO AHEAD FOR FREEDOM OF RELIGION????

eyewash drama
by shankupalle neelima on Mar 30, 2009 06:17 PM  | Hide replies

Only law, order, judiciary can punish a common man because they donot have God father but the same law for people like Sanjay Dutt and co will just give the innocent common man a eye wash and since sufficient evidence were not there he/she is clean as pure ever. Why all this drama in the coming General Elections the composition of Indian parliament:
Near to Death(old): 20%
Scamsters : 15 %
Goondas,murderers & Mafia & Co - 50%
Intellectuals : 5 %
others: 10%
What they will do:
20% is will try earn as much as they can.
15% is will try how to do new scam & escape.
50% will concentrate only on screwing the 20% 15%
5% will try to understand what is happening
10% will try to understand what 5% is thinking
But within 5 years everything will happen and commonman will try to understand what they have done and go for next election. Mera Bharat Mahan

We believe H'nble Court will take right decision looking into the fact what would have been the decision if the same crime would have been done by another unknown citizen. As written in the contitution that We all are Equal in Front of Law, We believe it will rule in the decision.
A terrorism and a road-raze are completely different issue and will be differentiated well in Justice also is the hope of Common Man.
