Yes. Maneka should be booked under NSA. Everyone should be booked under NSA. How can people start opening their mouths in this country? After all the freedom of speech has been granted only to certain people by the constitution and only they can make hateful speeches invoking words like "death", "merchant", "outsider", "marathi manoos", etc. etc.
All that anyone needs to do from now onwards is to somehow link whatever you speak to riots... for example your message above is designed to incite people from BJP (coz you alleged that they have made Varun the scapegoat). This incited BJP people will obviously take to roads in protest. When people from another community will see so many BJPiites on road, they will assume there is an organised attack on their community. They will go and ask their spiritual leader what's to be done. The spiritual leader will issue "f...a" to arm themselves in defence. The BJPiites will see an armed community and they will rush to fetch their own arms.. and so on... you get the gist..
So poor Saldanha goes behind bars under NSA.... :)
