Actually in lawyers language its said that u file an affidavit only when u can't prove something and u have to very confidently state a false statement. Madam, do u think that the courts don't function well, then u r true. Actually the entire judicial will be like that only, bocoz just see the composition of the judicial. It is just made up of the minority upper caste people and all those that are very cunny and people who understand the language of hinting and expressions of the government. thats why it functions well to discharge preferential decisions and most of the cases are just cropped or delayed at the lower courts itself. So forget the issue of getting justice from judicial.
If ever the SC passes a judgement in favour of Varun, then the judicial system in our country should be laughed and mocked at. It is very clear from the rhetorical speech of Varun which was aired directly that it is anti-national and anti human. It poses a danger to society and communal harmony. It is the most superlative way of stoking communal violence in India. JND

And I presume that the speeches of AR Antulay, Amar Singh, Mufti Sayeed are only too nationalistic???? No fethaers seemed to have been unravelled when the Kerala cardinal confesed the dubious practices used to convert people to Christianity by 'certain sections of the church'- had this been an admission by a Hindoo / Jewish religious leader, we would by now have seen this all over the media !!!!!
Congis, Mullah lickers and NDTV wallahs are now scared because their ploy to tarnish Varun has backfired and Varun has ended up being a bigger hero that Modi. Now all the chamchas of Congress such as Barkha Dutt, NDTV, CNN-IBN are trying to come to the rescue of uneducated immature Rahul Gandhi by trying to project him as the "Real Gandhi" and Varun as the "Demon Gandhi". They dont know that Indian masses dont get affected by such BS and what they want is somebody who can safeguard the lives of the patriotic Indians and nail the anti-nationals. I pity on these pseudo-secularists!

Anti national Mullahs need to be annihilated the same way as Rabid dogs are killed.
As Varun is not rich and powerful like Sanjay Dutt, he may not get special justice reserved for the rich, famous and powerful. We have one of the most inefficient and incompetent outdated judiciary. Many of our laws are framed by colonial rulers to rule subjects. It is shame that even after 60 years, we still have many of them. Even following the jokes of gore Lords like long summer, winter vacations are another disgrace. Our SC hardly functions for 180 days! The language they use is of 19th century!

Poor guy was very happy writing poems. Then he entered politics. Due to immaturity, he took what he thought a short cut to popularity. Now he is running from one court to another and had to even deny the speech which he thought will take him to political stardom.
