All the political parties are like prostitutes or even worse. They are willing to sleep with(in this case ally with) any one who gives the more money(in this case more seats or benefits)

This is amateur comment.. there is nothing to be this scornful for parties switching alliances. Those are the rules of the game. Dont we switch many companies in a short period.. There is nothing to be so sentimental about all these stuff

hey.. PMK is nothing in tamil nadu after the arrival of vijaya kanth.. their vote bank is shrinking.. PMK made an oppertunity for vijayakandh to aligh with congres.. i am not in favor of congress.. but i hate them for what they have done to ila tamils in srilanka..

If the alliance really takes place then the Lok Sabha seats could get won in equal between AIADMK alliance and DMDK of Vijayakanth's party. The balance titlting more towards AIADMK. The DMK alliance will be routed.

Yes. That is the end of Congress Era in TN. Why TN even at National Level. Because it is not that Congress of Nehru/Gandhi Patel/Bose. It is Italian Congress. Kudos to PMK. Excellent decision. Also Kudos to Vijayakant.
PMK is by far the most shameless party in Tamil Nadu. They have shifted back and forth between AIADMK and DMK for a long time. It is about time these parties show the door to PMK. Blatant opportunists.
Differences in voting percentages of main parties DMK and AIDMK are not much. It is the alliances of these parties with other parties make the differences between winners and losers. Anti-incumbency works very much in TN. Taking these issues into consideration, DMK alliance is going to be trouble. However these days we can’t predict on winners and losers!
As the ruling party in state and also a main partner at the Central Govt, it was DMK's responsibility to form the Indian Govt's response to the genuine problems faced by Sri Lankan Tamils. DMK failed in this job miserably.
Now we all want to know if the Tamils would again vote for DMK or against it.
If the Tamils have genuine sympathy for the Sri Lankan Tamils, then please punish DMK in this elections by overwhelmingly voting against it.
If DMK wins good number of seats, we all will assume that the tears of Tamils for Sri Lankan Tamils were crocodile tears!!

Stop this retoric of Sri Lankan Tamils will you guys. Our very own Tamils living in India don't have access to Food and Water. Many live below poverty line. Indian economy is not big like the US to give aid to someone also we take aid from WB and IMF. That apart India herself has many internal problems to content with like Naxalites, Poor Security, Economic Downturn etc. First try to be strong within and then try to help others. Stop this Sri Lankan Tamil Propaganda at costs.

You are too emotional. PMK has correctly betted in the previous polls. There is anti-incumbency against DMK, anti congress due to Sri Lankan tamils' issue. DMK will still win a few seats but Congress will suffer heavily.
It will be great setback for dmk and congress in Tamilnadu. It will be a clean sweep by AIADMK this time. Price rise, Electricity and Tamil issue is major and rowdyism high at TN. JJ even at 2004 when she scored zero got 1crore votes against winning mega comibine of dmk which scored 1.5 crore. Out of this 40 lacs of votes are polled for MDMK, CPi,CPM and PMK which are with AIADMK now. Infact idpendently, she got 66 seats in assembly against the same old mega combine.
It is clear maths - equation ,-with AIADMK and situations favour AIADMK victorious now.
